Electronic blower control for Land Rover Defender
Blower control for Land Rover Defender Fan and heater in classic Defenders are notoriously poor in performance and reliability – especially in northern latitudes, where cold winters and rainy days regularly impair comfort and safety in the cockpit. While Land Rover upgraded to an improved fan heater for the Td4 (MY 2007), all previous models can easily be retrofitted with an electronic control system. In contrast to the old analog fan heater, the new electronic control system allows for continuous adjustments. This ensures more efficient operation and therefore better ventilation, heating and dehumidification in the interior. Heating your vehicle’s interior can be achieved much quicker, as is demisting or de-icing of the windows. Additionally, the electronic control is much less prone to wear than the old mechanical solution using sliders and resistors, which are susceptible to shocks and vibrations. The retrofit kit includes the electronic control, a stepless slider and all the assembly parts for the connections. Installation instructions are included.

That’s why Alubox.com have come up with their RuumX solution, a customizable system of padded layers walls, dividers and protective “egg crate” foam. Whether it’s dishes, tools or electronic equipment, the protective divider system makes transport and storage in aluminum boxes significantly safer and more organized. Practical folding console for Land Rover Defender The vehicle seat in the Land Rover Defender can be easily folded backwards with this folding console, thus providing access to the battery and the electrical components located under the seat. All seats with 405 mm track spacing, e.g. Scheelmann, König, Recaro etc., can be fitted. The original running rails of the Defender are still used and retain their function without restriction. They are attached to the original points on the running rails using the mounting kit supplied. The folding console is also a seat rail extension by approx. 35 mm, a combination with our seat rail extensions is not advisable (although technically feasible). These seat consoles are made of ceramic-blasted stainless steel. Unlike PVC, nylon PU (polyurethane) is free of harmful phthalate-based plasticisers. Until recently, low-molecular phthalates were the most common plasticisers for all types of plastics and are even used in food and cosmetics. However, they accumulate in the environment and, due to their molecular structure, are suspected of acting like the body's own hormones. This is highly toxicologically questionable and is considered a trigger for various diseases, including cancer. For Nakatanenga, it is therefore a matter of course to use only ecologically and health-friendly alternatives such as nylon PU for the coating of textile products. Attachment: To attach the cover, it must be removed. Our disassembly tool is perfect for this. Then holes must be drilled, the cover put back on and finally screwed into place. In order to ensure the best possible availability of this product, the selection of bags supplied may vary in exceptional cases. If an individual bag is not available, it will be replaced by a model of at least the same quality. We are also happy to produce our Tailgate Organiser in custom designs. HiLift jacking bracket for Defender 110 Station Wagon Whether off-road or in normal operation, a good ratchet jack like the Hi-Lift is unbeatable in many situations, not only for recovery, but as a mobile replacement winch, as a spreading tool and much more. The only disadvantage: Hi-Lift, JackAll and other identical jacks take up a lot of space with their non-dismountable length of usually 48"/122 cm and definitely do not fit under the driver's seat like the small OEM standard jacks. But fortunately there are also other seats in the Defender 110 Station Wagon. The cavity under the rear seat bench offers the perfect space for Hi-Lift, Hi-Lift X-treme, JackAll & Co with a length of 48"/122 cm. This means that the Jack can be reached quickly if necessary and doesn't get in the way in the slightest when you don't need it. Simply fold down the rear seat and you have easy access to the Hi-Lift. In addition, the interior of the van naturally also offers the best protection against rust and dirt. And to prevent the jack from slipping, hitting or rattling while riding, we have a genuine Nakatanenga solution: a high-quality stainless steel rail that is simply screwed onto the seat bench bearings and holds the jack firmly and rattle-free between two easy-grip knurled nuts and four rubber pads. Incidentally, we also include a yellow transport lock with every steel rail to ensure that the lever tube also fits securely and silently. Even though the bracket is designed to fit the Defender 110 rear bench perfectly, it can of course also be mounted on any other suitable surface, in the Defender, in other 4x4s, on the inside of the loading area or on the outside of the roof rack, for example. Dashboard bag for Land Rover NEW DEFENDER from BJ 2020, LHD The open dashboard design in the New Defender is no coincidence, of course. This is where the impeccably modern cockpit by design director Gerry McGovern and colleagues pays homage to the interior of the classic Defender, the original Landy. Good for us, because we immediately spotted an opportunity to improve storage capabilities: with our nifty dashboard bag for the New Defender. The open dashboard shelf is where you put all the odds and ends in your car. It was like that in the old Landy, it will probably be the same in the new one. But once you’re testing the L663’s tilt angle or maximum gradient, our new dashboard bag, made from easy-to-clean, robust nylon, will keep your stuff from actually flying around. Installing the bag firmly in the dash takes only a few minutes. The zipper has two sliders so that the bag can be opened and shut from both sides. On the inside, mesh compartments and Velcro fleece allow for organized and secure storage of all kinds of items. The front features MOLLE fleece to attach patches and other little things. Since the New Landy sports a designer cockpit, we used transparent plastic material on top of the bag. This allows for the ambient LEDs in the dashboard and the day light from the opening above to filter through into the bag’s interior. Retrofittable seat heating Deluxe 12V The high-quality carbon seat heating system was developed for retrofitting in individual seats.You can switch off the heat supply of the carbon surface heating elements via a switch (0% power) or set it to one of 3 different heating modes: Mode 1: 25% power Mode 2: 50% power Mode 3: 75% power This three-stage system provides pleasant warmth within a few minutes. When a level is set, the heater heats up to 100% power in just two minutes and then adjusts down to the desired mode (25%, 50% or 75%). This allows the carbon panel heating elements to reach the desired heat output much more quickly. The button or switch indicates the current level via three LEDs integrated into the button. The button can easily be stuck horizontally or vertically anywhere. Three adjustable levels and remarkably fast temperature regulation make this seat heater unique. Differences between carbon panel heating elements and heating elements using stranded wire technology: The carbon panel heating elements have considerable advantages over the previously widely used heating elements with stranded wire technology. For example, only carbon heating elements can be adapted and trimmed during installation. With conventional stranded wire technology, a heating wire runs inside the heating element in the form of a wave. If this is damaged at any point, e.g. due to mechanical stress or overheating, the entire heating element fails. Parallel technology is used in the new carbon surface heating elements. Many independent carbon heating fibers run inside the heating element, ensuring its reliability. The heat distribution is much more homogeneous and therefore more pleasant with carbon panel heating elements. Nakatanenga CargoBear end plate Defender Beautiful and handy, this CargoBear end plate for the Defender. Beautiful because it adds the finishing touch to the design of the already extremely attractive black bear. Particularly on the short Landy, with the roof rack configuration of three crossbars and two perforated board surfaces, the wind deflector and end panel round off the look perfectly on both sides and, above all, provide the ideal roof rack length for the vehicle.
