Nakatanenga Heating Sleeve Fuel Filter with Wiring Harness, Time Relay and Push-button
Complete solution for clean diesel flow Powerful 100 W heating sleeve for fuel filters with a diameter between 73-95 mm. The sleeve has got crimped connectors and a wiring harness (incl. time relay and push-button). It prevents the gelling of fuel in colder temperatures and can be fitted to any vehicle with 12 V. Compared to customary sleeves this silicone heating sleeve is very flexible and can be fitted to many diesel filters. The sleeve guarantees ideal heating as it sits closely to the filter. Comes with powerful velcro strips for fitting. The waterproof wiring harness is fitted with a time relay with a push-button. The sleeve is switched on by push-button, it then heats for six minutes until it switches off automatically or for another six minutes if you press the button again. In cold climates your diesel fuel is prone to gelling as paraffin crystals form which turn the fuel flaky. As a result fuel flow through the filter stops and your engine loses power until it finally cuts out. Once the filter is blocked, it can only be freed by inducing heat. By emitting this heat and transferring it to the filter, our heating sleeve prevents the clogging of the filter element. The paraffin crystals are immediately dissolved by the induction of heat and the fuel can easily pass the filter again. You can purchase just the sleeve, without plugs, harness, relay and push-button here in our shop. More grip, less risk - rubber cover profiles for the Nakatanenga CargoBear How do you improve the CargoBear? By clicking our rubber covers into fully or partially unused lashing openings in the rack. With our 30 mm wide and 10 cm long strips, you can quickly and securely seal the gaps. The rubber covers give you a whole range of noticeable advantages. Firstly, they improve load safety on the already very slip resistant CargoBear even further. When you position the cargo on top of the rubber strips, the ribbed surface structure prevents the lashed down cargo from sliding. A second effect is created by the rubbers’ added height of 3.5 mm, which lifts the cargo off the actual rack, preventing scratching or damages to both. And last but not least, the covers also prevent vegetation from getting trapped or stuck in the sideways rails when off-roading. The covers sport rounded edges for a better fit. The rubber cover strips for the CargoBear can be ordered in sets of 6 or 24 respectively. One crossbar requires a set of 6 for Defender, Jimny or G-Class. Mail or phone call is all it takes! And by the way: At Nakatanenga we only use materials with 100% nylon PU coating for all textile articles. Unlike PVC, nylon PU (polyurethane) is free of harmful phthalate-based plasticisers. Until recently, low-molecular phthalates were the most common plasticisers for plastics of all kinds and are even used in food and cosmetics. However, they accumulate in the environment and are suspected of acting like endogenous hormones due to their molecular nature. This is highly questionable from a toxicological point of view and is considered to be a trigger for various diseases, including cancer. For Nakatanenga, it is therefore a matter of course to use only ecologically and health-safe alternatives such as nylon PU for the coating of textile products.

Our set of 5 self-adhesive anti-slip strips ensure that the steps remain safe when it’s wet or when wearing dirty shoes. The adhesive strips are extremely robust and durable. In this is the new and improved version of our popular CUSADE the sockets have been replaced by waterproof heavy-duty items. You can optionally have double-sockets (for USB-A and USB-C) to allow for more than one device to be connected simultaneously, or have three 20 A rocker switches pre-installed to operate in-car electronic devices such as air supply, fride, LED worklights etc. The different front panels are available individually, so that you can change your configuraiton at a later time. When using the suitable twist-lock plugs, the 12 V sockets securely lock the plug in place, which is an additional advantage e.g. in severe off-road conditions. In vehicles with interior bulkhead the case can only be opened a few centimetres as the cubby box will then foul the bulkhead. This case can still be used for shallow items. Comes with two keys (which can be reordered).
