This is highly questionable from a toxicological point of view and is considered to be a trigger for various diseases, including cancer. Nakatanenga CargoBear cross bars  There’s only one real alternative for the full CargoBear roof rack: the CargoBear cross bars on their own! If you don’t need the entire cargo platform on your New Defender, because you carry only long work equipment or sports gear like surfboards, skis or kayaks, the cross bars alone will do the job perfectly. The same applies for roof tent campers. For the new 110 Landy this means that the standard setup consists of 3 cross beams for the entire length of the roof. The sturdy bars will give you a roof rack that is significantly more robust than any off-the-shelf rooftop carrier. The cross bars are available single or as sets of 2 or 3. They are 100% identical to the ones we sell in the CargoBear kits, i.e. they are 1,450 mm wide (1,300 mm usable) and 120 mm long. The aluminum bars feature stainless steel bases that connect to the standard roof rail via inserted sliding blocks (included). As with the complete CargoBear platform, the bars can be mounted on two height levels, 80 or 100 mm respectively. Choosing the higher level will ensure that your roof window retains its full functionality. The crossbars feature a very wear and tear resistant matte black RAL 9005 powder-coating. A great number of recessed lashing slots allow you to attach lashing rings, brackets, hooks, stud fittings etc. You can also attach your lashing straps directly, of course. The standard CargoBear accessories will also fit the various lashing and mounting points. CargoBear storage rack for Land Rover New Defender L663 The more space you have, the greater the temptation to simply deposit your gear all over the place. With a cargo giant like the new Defender 110 (from MY2020), this will inevitably lead to chaos. That's why we’re putting a bear in the cargo area, a small CargoBear. This additional shelf with its generous dimensions of about 860 x 525 mm takes a load of about 50 kg and is intended for heavier equipment, tools etc. As with the CargoBear roof rack, the cargo shelf is made of robust, powder-coated and perforated aluminum. Raised edges, anti-slip surface and a variety of lashing points make it very easy to ensure one hundred percent load security. By the way, the angled design of the supports leaves approx. 640 mm of loading height under the CargoBear rack. This means that even larger items such as boxes etc. can still be stowed without a problem. When mounting the shelf, all you need to do is fastening it to the existing attachement points of the trunk cover with the original screws. GDW hitch bracket with 13-pin Erich Jaeger E set The New Defender L663 (from MY 2019) is not only an extraordinary off-road vehicle, it also packs a remarkable punch. The wide variety of engines from Diesel and petrol to PHEV deliver between 200 and 525 HP and 400 to 650 Nm torque. Its power makes the new Landy the ultimate towing vehicle up to 3.5t towing capacity. And the fact, that the trailer hitch –  whether detachable or electrically deployable –  has to be ordered as an extra, is not really a disadvantage. When configuring your New Defender it’s probably best to skip this feature and get a heavy duty towbar like the one from GDW with its 13-pin electric connector kit by Erich Jaeger. The advantages of the GDW trailer hitch are obvious: A 4-bolt mounting plate will fit the included towball hitch but also any other type of coupling, the GDW coupling block comes at a much more competitive price than the OEM parts. Installation and road use do not need to be technically certified, by the way. The GDW towbar was custom-designed specifically for the New Defender. It comes with detailed assembly instructions and a complete electrics kit. Installing the towbar will take approximately 3 hours. Please note:The GDW towbar may interfere with the sensors of the vehicle’s parking aid. If you rely on this system, you should use the original tow bar. Switch panel for New Defender from year of manufacture 2020These switch panels have been designed to fit into the dashboard and accommodate 2 switches. The base comes with two switches and is made from durable ABS plastic that is easy to attach with the double-sided tape provided.

Coupling rod/ Rods for height adjustment Installing lift kits for 4x4’s usually requires complex (and expensive) modifications. Not so if your vehicle comes with a self-regulating air suspension, like the New Defender. Raising the ride height of the New Landy by 1 or 1,6 inches takes very little in terms of effort or budget. The principle is very simple and has been employed with Discovery 5 and Range Rover Sport models for quite some time. Simply replace the original rods on all four wheel suspensions with our replacements. The new rod’s different dimensions will trick the self-regulating suspension to permanently lift the ride by 1” or 1,6”, respectively, in all drive modes. Once the new lift rods are installed, the vehicle’s sensor system will adjust itself automatically to the new ride height after the first restarting of your car. Resetting the ride to original factory settings is just as easy and only a question of minutes. We produce these 1“ and 1,6“ lift rods for the New Defender in our own workshop. The rods are laser machined from extremely robust high-quality plastics and the bushings are created in an additive process. This makes both components highly resistant to degradation by weather or chemicals, like fuel, oils etc. The custom-designed bushings are flexible and extend to both sides of the rods’ connections. In terms of quality, this is a far superior solution over many other products on the market, specifically aluminum rods with cheap off-the-shelf cable grommets. Available as +1“ or + 1,6“. Caution: these products are without part certification and are not road legal. They¬¬ may not be used on public roads.

Seat cover for Land Rover New Defender 110/130, driver and passenger side This isn’t off-the-peg, this is made to measure! If you’re looking for seat covers for the New Defender – the front seats to be precise – look no further than our seat protectors made from durable, and easy-to-clean 1000D Nylon 6.6. The seat covers were developed by us in our own tailor's workshop  – guaranteeing highest functionality and best workmanship. To ensure maximum comfort and compatibility with the climate technologies in your seats, the covers feature breathable mesh fabric on the actual sitting surface. And even though it is mesh, it will still protect the seat from dirt and moisture. To achieve a perfect fit, the one-piece cover is tightly tailored and does not require zippers or similar. Simply pull it over the seat, Velcro the top part underneath the headrest and close the sturdy straps and buckles on the underside. Additionally, a mesh pocket with a rubber foam piece inside is wedged into the gap between backrest and seat surface to prevent the cover from sliding. On the sides, openings in the cover allow easy access to the headrest controls. As with all our textile products, we always aim to add additional storage space. Generously sized MOLLE patches on the sides as well as large pockets in the rear of the backrest and the front rail of the seat make it very easy to store everyday items and small pieces of equipment temporarily or permanently. Bumper protection  What’s worse than a scratch on your car? Clearly that very first scratch! How annoying is it when you spot one on a pristine new vehicle? Even when 4x4s generally wear their scars with pride, most signs of heavy usage aren’t necessary, they’re frustrating and also depreciate the value of your vehicle. One of the first areas to show signs of wear and tear – especially with off-road vehicles – is usually the cargo area. But if your 4x4 is a New Defender, would you really want to see a worn and scratched rear bumper? Immediate and long-lasting prevention of wear marks on your New Defender’s rear bumper can be achieved with our designated paint protection film. This high-performance product by industry leader 3M protects your New Defender’s rear bumper from scratches and abrasion even when your loading area is constantly in use for work or sports. And don’t forget the damage a dog’s claws can do to the paint when you carry them regularly in a dog box in the back. Due to its multi-layer structure, the 3M wrap also protects the bumper from chipping caused by the impact of small stones or dropped objects. Installing the paint protection film is really easy. Everything you need is included: cleaning cloth, adhesion promoter wipe, squeegee and detailed instructions. If you’ve never done this before: don’t worry. The protective wrap can be positioned exactly as you need it, but if you have to readjust the position a few millimeters that’s no problem either. Simply slide the film into place. It only starts to adhere once you apply pressure with the squeegee. The protective wrap is available in black, matt black, anthracite grey or silver, making it a perfect visual match for any New Defender color scheme. Small wonder that even large vehicles like the New Defender offer relatively little storage space in the door paneling. With our new storage nets for driver and passenger door of the New Landy you can pretty much double the available space of your door pockets - for all the things you want to keep within reach, in summer and winter. The elastic mesh material also ensures that you’re using only the space you actually need. The use of wheel spacers is permitted for the following wheel sizes/rims/references: NOTES and REQUIREMENTS: A1) The screw-in length of all fastening elements must be at least 7.5 turns (M14x1.5).Ensure that the stud bolts are of sufficient length.The screwed-on spacer rings are fastened to the vehicle with the fastening elements supplied by the manufacturer of the spacer rings (taper collar wheel nuts).The standard wheels are fastened with the standard fastening elements.It is particularly important to ensure that the length of the stud bolts in the spacer rings (free thread length above the wheel contact surface) corresponds to the length of the standard stud bolts, in this case approx. 28 mm (VA/HA). H2)There are no technical objections to the use of standard or other wheel/tyre combinations up to the above (limit) wheel/tyre combinations in conjunction with the described spacer rings if the following conditions are met:Separate suitable certificates for the wheel/tyre combinations are available and the conditions listed therein are complied with. H4)The instructions in the manufacturer's installation manual for the spacer rings must be observed.The installation of spacer rings is not permitted if the diameter of the spacer rings is smaller than the diameter of the wheel contact surface of the wheels.The spacer rings are not permitted in conjunction with steel wheels. H6)The bolted 20 to 30 mm wide spacer rings are tested up to a wheel load of 1000 kg. H7)Also permissible with standard wheel/tyre combinations with tyre code LT. H8)Only in conjunction with LM wheels with corresponding "casting pockets" which can accommodate standard stud bolts or nut heads protruding beyond the wheel contact surface.The standard stud bolts may have to be shortened.The minimum screw-in length of all fastening elements of 7.5 turns must be maintained.
