Radiator Cover for Standard Grille The Nakatanenga radiator cover helps your Defender’s engine reach its optimal operating temperature faster during the cold season – improving both engine efficiency and cabin heating performance. This cover is designed to fit the standard radiator grille (including Heritage style) and all Nakatanenga aluminium grilles of all Land Rover Defender models, with or without air conditioning. The cover is screwed onto the mounting points of the radiator cover. For maximum versatility, the radiator cover can be used in three configurations: fully closed, half closed (top or bottom), or fully open. Plate for mounting a CB radio antenna on the air intake (RHD) This mounting plate ensures optimum mounting of a CB antenna on the air intake of the Land Rover Defender. For this purpose, the mounting plate is installed on the right-hand (as seen from the driver's seat) ventilation grille / air intake. For left-hand drive vehicles, you can find the mounting plate here in our shop. As the Defender is made of aluminium, unfortunately no magnetic antenna base will hold. The material for the pads originates in the sports sector and has been widely used on skateboards, for example. For our spare-wheel strap-on step, we offer ready-cut, self-adhesive anti-slip pads measuring 12 x 13.5 cm in twin packs. Due to their size and the horizontal sliding direction, it makes little sense to have them open while driving – especially in rainy weather or dusty conditions. And while parked, they are an open invitation for burglars and thieves.That’s why we have expanded our range of ventilation plates and are now offering them for both sides of the rear sliding windows in the old Landy (up to MY 2016). The plates have a folding mechanism in the middle that allows for vertical positioning in the open window. By pushing the windowpane forward and locking it, the ventilation plate sits firmly in position – allowing for perfect ventilation without compromising comfort or security while driving or parking.A standard feature of our ventilation plates is the insect mesh inside the horizontal ventilation slits. Peace of mind is guaranteed, whether it’s two or six-legged pests. Water run-off or spray is also kept out of the inside of your Defender. And with their black powder coating, the aluminum plates perfectly match the rugged look of any Landy. The high school of storage space optimization actually only begins when all the obvious places like the interior or trunk or the roof have long since ceased to offer anything. With our practical and universally applicable spare wheel tray, even the fifth wheel on the car becomes an equipment carrier.The practical storage solution for the spare wheel at the rear consists of two components that can be ordered individually or as a set (here in the store). The base carrier with the tensioning strap is adjustable and thus fits all common off-road tire sizes. If one mounts only the basic carrier (sideways), so e.g. starting aids, wheel chocks and other accessories can be screwed to the carrier or fastened with straps. If you want to mount the tray, i.e. the basket, the base carrier must be on top of the wheel. The loading area of the storage basket is a generous 80cm x 38cm, so that even larger equipment can find its place here. If this area is not enough, you can also turn the platform around and attach with the edge down. Raised edges and circumferential lashing holes ensure problem-free load security.Base carrier and storage basket are black powder-coated, so that the look of the spare wheel tray harmonizes perfectly with any off-roader.
