Electronic blower control for Land Rover Defender
Blower control for Land Rover Defender Fan and heater in classic Defenders are notoriously poor in performance and reliability – especially in northern latitudes, where cold winters and rainy days regularly impair comfort and safety in the cockpit. While Land Rover upgraded to an improved fan heater for the Td4 (MY 2007), all previous models can easily be retrofitted with an electronic control system. In contrast to the old analog fan heater, the new electronic control system allows for continuous adjustments. This ensures more efficient operation and therefore better ventilation, heating and dehumidification in the interior. Heating your vehicle’s interior can be achieved much quicker, as is demisting or de-icing of the windows. Additionally, the electronic control is much less prone to wear than the old mechanical solution using sliders and resistors, which are susceptible to shocks and vibrations. The retrofit kit includes the electronic control, a stepless slider and all the assembly parts for the connections. Installation instructions are included.

Practical folding console for Land Rover Defender The vehicle seat in the Land Rover Defender can be easily folded backwards with this folding console, thus providing access to the battery and the electrical components located under the seat. All seats with 405 mm track spacing, e.g. Scheelmann, König, Recaro etc., can be fitted. The original running rails of the Defender are still used and retain their function without restriction. They are attached to the original points on the running rails using the mounting kit supplied. Nakatanenga has the exclusive distribution rights for the dual battery monitor in Europe. The digital technology used in these monitors makes it possible to accurately reproduce the non-linear characteristics of lead-acid batteries. Using the green button in the centre, you can switch the information output on the display from one battery to the next. The dual battery monitor emits an audible alarm/tone as soon as the battery is either overcharged (14.8 V and above) or over-discharged (12.2 V and below). The dual battery monitor has been specially developed to be combined with the Cyrix-ct intelligent automatic cut-off relay. Link function: If you press and hold the green button on the dual battery monitor for 10 seconds, both batteries are forcibly switched in parallel for a few minutes, which is particularly useful when operating a winch or when the starter battery is too low (only possible in combination with the Cyrix-ct cut-off relay). Diff Locker Fitting Kit for for Land Rover Defender
Differential lock mounting kit for the Land Rover Defender - Precise retrofitting made easy To facilitate the installation of the standard differential locks (Detroit Truetrac / Detroit Locker / KAM Locker) in the Rover and P38 axles of the Defender, we have put together an installation kit which contains all the necessary materials. It is NOT suitable for the Salisbury axle! Comes with: 2 bearings RTC3095OE 3 litres of hypoid gear oil GL5 Petec silicone sealant thread sealant, intermediate strength This kit does not substitute the necessary technical expertise and accuracy when fitting a diff locker. If you don't feel up to the job, please have a specialised garage do the fitting as otherwise expensive damage to both locker and axle might ensue. After re-filling the diffs there will remain a rest of about 1/2 liter. This can be used for topping up the axles at a later time or to top up the LT230 transmission gearbox.

Windscreen Bracket Kit for Land Rover Defender
Windscreen Bracket Kit for Land Rover Defender The original windscreen support brackets on the Defender are one of those details on the car that sooner or later cry out for cosmetic surgery. All kinds of corrosion – by exposure, metal contact, environmental or automotive chemicals – affect the parts and simply make them look shabby. The result is rust, peeling paint and streaking on the bodywork. Fortunately, replacing the brackets is one of the easiest jobs on the Landy. Our replacement brackets are available in two versions: black powder-coated or anodized aluminum. Both processes - anodizing and powder coating - ensure extremely resistant and durable sealing of the aluminum parts. During anodizing, electrolysis creates a porous surface structure, which is particularly suitable to absorb color pigments. In a last step, the anodizing is then compacted and thus sealed. However, black anodized aluminum tends to fade, which is why we have opted for powder coating for the deep black option. If you’re aiming for a look other than black or aluminum gray, you can of course paint it yourself or have it painted. You can also achieve your desired custom effect with our range of RAPTOR products. The Defender has a soul, or so many say. And maybe they’re right, because sometimes it really feels that way. It takes you anywhere, even to places where others would have given up long ago. In return it needs care, tools and patience. It rattles, makes noises and has never pretended to care much about perfection. But anyone who knows it understands: that’s exactly its charm. There’s hardly anything more satisfying than working on this piece of British engineering yourself – or, if the spanner slips, at least impressing with a bit of technical knowledge.

From bumpers to snorkels – the right Defender accessories for the road ahead
If you want to turn a Defender into a travel vehicle, you need more than good spirit and a full tank. A winch bumper, for example – not because you’ve bogged yourself down, of course, but purely to pull everyone else out. If you’re planning long distances far from civilisation, it’s best to upgrade with a 56-litre auxiliary tank or a 66-litre version, while the Defender underbody protection ensures sharp rocks, roots or curious boulders don’t leave deeper marks. The Defender snorkel, or raised air intake, is essential for anyone heading into desert regions or water crossings – though even Hamburg puddles can look surprisingly deep. Available for Td4, Td5 and Tdi in different versions for Defenders with or without roll cages.
Defender suspension, wheels and tyres
No adventure without proper suspension. A Defender suspension kit isn’t about taste, it depends on how you use the vehicle. Whether it’s a 90, 110 or 130, there’s a setup for every purpose – from a family daily driver to a fully loaded long-distance touring vehicle. For the right off road look, you can add steel wheels such as our classic ANR wheels, Wolf wheels or equally robust Dotz Dakar wheels.

Interior with character – sports seats for the Defender
If you cover long distances, you should sit comfortably. With new seat foams you can preserve the original Defender seat charm, Defender sports seats add modern support on rough tracks, and matching seat covers protect the material or hide the scars of past expeditions. Classic style returns with the right Defender steering wheels.
And then there’s the sort of Defender accessories that make you wonder why Land Rover never fitted them from the factory: leather door handles, a proper glove box, a sturdy A-pillar grab handle so getting in doesn’t feel like a mini mountain climb every time.
Seat rail extensions – apparently British engineers didn’t know tall legs. A two-colour interior light, a handy rear cubbybox tray and of course the rear door strut that stops the door from hitting your back when the Defender is on uneven ground.
Dual battery system, electrics and lighting – power where you need it
Whether it’s a heater, laptop, fridge or phone, you need power on the road. That’s why one of the first upgrades many Defenders receive is a dual battery system. Ours comes with a stainless steel bracket for two Banner 80Ah batteries, including wiring loom and split relay. You can add a battery monitor if desired. Perfectly matched with the bonnet solar panel for Td5 and Td4.
In the lighting section you’ll find everything from 7-inch headlights and LED indicators to light bars from Osram and Vision-X, plus a matching lamp bracket. Reversing lights, interior lighting and a number plate light with camera are also part of the range.
Roof racks, storage and order in the chaos

Alternatively, the mobile parking heater in an aluminium box also warms the roof tent – or the garden pavilion if needed.
