• This upgrade kit turns your existing / installed air heater into an integrated complete system for heating and hot water.
• It contains all the necessary connecting parts between the heater and boiler and all the components you will need to install the system.
• Since its development by us in 2017, the Warmduscher kit has been the simplest and most popular way of equipping touring vehicles or boats & yachts with hot air heating and hot water at the same time.

In contrast to technically complex combination devices, the kit consisting of two individual devices is less expensive and, above all, less prone to complete failure. And if necessary, it can even be repaired while traveling.

The strength of the Warmduscher kit is that it is simple and the two main elements (heater and boiler) function separately. Defects in one component do not automatically affect the other. A defect in the boiler is unlikely due to the high quality of materials and workmanship with high pressure resistance - however, should damage occur for whatever reason, the heater will continue to run completely unimpressed and that is a good thing. Because not being able to take a hot shower is one thing - spending the night in a completely chilled vehicle at perhaps -20 degrees is another.

The Warm Shower Kit 2.0 is therefore a system that is simple to set up and easy to install. It is therefore perfect for DIY enthusiasts, but of course also for professional manufacturers who want to offer their customers a low-maintenance, trouble-free solution for their trips.

The original Warm Shower Kit is now equipped with the combiBOIL hot water boiler. This upgrade makes hot water production even more versatile, convenient and safe.

Choose the right one for your project
The Warmduscher upgrade kit 2.0 is available with the combiBoil hot water boiler in various versions and three sizes.

Please note:
Especially if your heater is already installed, when selecting the volume, pay attention not only to how much water you want to heat, but also to how much space you really have left in the camper to install the boiler sensibly (it should be installed as straight as possible and not far away from the heater).

Scope of delivery:

• 1x combiBOIL hot water boiler with 7, 9 or 12 l capacity, with stainless steel boiler and heat exchanger, in the variant selected above
• Comfort Boiler Control control panel
• 2 x adapters for the hot air connections of the boiler
• 1x adjustable thermostatic mixing valve / scalding protection
• 2 x brass hose nozzles
• 1 x screw-on hose nozzle
• 2 x T-piece for water pipe
• 1 x G1/2" steel flex hose for the heat-resistant connection between the boiler and mixer

Water hoses
If the water is to be used for drinking or cooking, we strongly recommend that the hoses are certified accordingly. This ensures that no harmful substances are transferred to the drinking water and that the taste and composition are not altered by the material.

Pressure reducer:
The boiler is made of high-quality stainless steel and is precisely manufactured. Nevertheless, the inlet pressure should be limited to 1.5 bar.
In all pressurized water systems and systems with submersible pumps with a built-in or separate non-return valve, a pressure reducer should always be used upstream of the boiler and set to 1 to 1.5 bar.

A safety valve for releasing excessive pressure no longer needs to be purchased separately with the Warm Shower Kit 2.0. combiBOIL has installed this ex works.

Water pump:
A decent pump brings the system up to the required pressure and circulates it. It must be powerful enough to ensure a good and even flow even with water filtration and allow the water system to run smoothly. Provided it is durable and repairable. You can get this pump here.
