How does the Warm Shower Kit 2.0 work:The Warm Shower Kit 2.0 can generate hot water in three different ways: Via an electric heating element, which means via electricity if you have just enough reserves, or are connected to shore power.Simply on the side when the heating is running - without consuming any additional energy. Hot water is the "waste product", so to speak.NEW: The boiler can be integrated into the engine's cooling water circuit to heat either the service water itself or a second water loop. Conversely, the engine can also be preheated to make starting more gentle (not suitable for use in arctic temperature ranges).Each of these three options has its advantages and can be used when it suits best. After a few days of self-sufficient camping in hot weather, for example, you don't want to leave the heating on, nor do you want to heat up the water from driving. However, if it is too warm for the heating, there is probably enough solar power in the batteries to generate hot water via the electric heating element. With the combination of three options, this kit always offers the one that fits perfectly in every situation. The options for integration into the cooling water circuit are as follows: Cooling water circuit heats the service water, i.e. the cooling water circuit is connected to the boiler and heats service water for showers etc. while driving. (Caution: As the temperature of the cooling water can rise above 100°C (due to pressure), the boiler must be prevented from overheating by means of a valve or by switching off the circulation pump).The boiler preheats the cooling water circuit (engine), which means that the above function is reversed. The engine cooling circuit can be preheated by connecting the boiler to a 230V/110V power source or by using hot air from the parking heater.Heating a second water loop, whereby the energy that is fed into the boiler via the electric heating element or hot air is fed into a second water circuit via a circulation pump. It is also possible to combine the two water circuits (so that the cooling water circuit heats the second water loop), although precautions must be taken with regard to the flow temperature from the motor. For example, underfloor heating or towel radiators can be implemented to make it easier to dry wet clothes and towels in the vehicle. Hot water - Always and everywhere At home, you have warm water coming out of your taps, just like that. That’s why armchair travelers never really appreciate what a precious commodity that is. But if you spend enough time on the road or in nature – be it in a camper van, on a boat, in a food truck or a market stall – you will know what a truly great thing water is when it flows clean and warm wherever and whenever you need it. If you already have a diesel heater installed in your vehicle, boat or trailer – by AUTOTERM or an equivalent – you can easily upgrade to a warm water system. Pundmann have designed their mobile water heaters, the 6-liter Therm 6AIR and the 9 liter Therm 9AIR, specifically for AUTOTERM diesel heaters. Accordingly, installation is completely hassle-free. If you have a 230V power outlet available, you can run the water heater with the inbuilt 500W heating element. Whenever there is no electricity nearby, simply let your Autoterm (or equivalent) do the job of heating your water. It will take 50 minutes for the smaller 6-liter tank and 60 minutes for the larger tank. Operating pressure is at 1.5 bar/21.75 psi with a security valve limiting pressure to 2.2 bar/31.9 psi. We have packed even more technology, even more experience and even more customer feedback into our new mobile heating boxes. If you are looking for a small, self-sufficient and portable heat source with unrivaled capacity for cold days and nights in unheated outdoor shelters or temporary accommodation, you get everything you need (or want) in a small, weatherproof aluminum box. Available in three modular versions with different configurations, the Nakatanenga heating box provides the perfect, independent heat source for tents, gazebos, garden sheds, mountain huts, snack stands, stalls and much more. The heart of the mobile parking heater is the Autoterm Luft 2D, a diesel-powered air heater with a maximum heat output of 1.8 kW and a diesel consumption of just under a quarter of a liter per hour at full power. With a tank capacity of 18 liters in the twin-tank version, this means that it can heat at full throttle for over 70 hours. The economical unit, which is also very quiet at 55 dB thanks to the exhaust silencer, is controlled by a digital control unit with timer in the version with two batteries and can also be switched on and off by radio remote control. In contrast to conventional lead-acid AGM technology, lithium batteries combine superior charging properties with much lower weight and volume and a long service life. LiFePo4 batteries can be deep-discharged without any problems, which sooner or later leads to irreparable damage with AGM batteries, as the rule of thumb here is that you should never draw more than 50% charge. If you are not dependent on the greater cold tolerance of AGM batteries, you should definitely consider the higher costs for LiFePo4 batteries and compatible charging technology. The weight and space savings, the long service life and the uncomplicated discharging and charging of the battery are strong arguments in favor of the investment. What's more, LiFePo4 technology is also extremely safe And a special note on aluminum: Although we take the utmost care during storage and shipping, as with all our products, aluminum boxes can always show minimal scratches, stains, dents or other surface features upon delivery. These are material-related and result from the specific properties of the light metal.  In contact with oxygen, aluminum forms a natural, corrosion-protecting patina and is also relatively soft compared to steel, which is three times heavier. This makes the material ideal for use in sheet metal, especially when weight and resistance are important. On the other hand, however, it also means that aluminum can never be completely free of patina or other marks, even on delivery: Small scratches, stains etc. therefore do not constitute grounds for complaint. Ultimately, aluminum boxes are intended to be robust objects of daily use. Like everything that is actively used, they develop an individual patina and every trace of use tells a story. So, have fun with it! End piece for warm air hose WALUFLEX Our 60 mm Flexi pipes for parking heaters are the perfect solution for transporting warmth and cosiness from A to B, whereby B can be one of our roof tents, a cold mountain hut or whatever else needs to be heated off-grid. The warm air pipes can be cut to any length and to ensure that the pipe ends are cleanly sealed or can be easily and airtightly extended, we have a silicone adapter for easy ratcheting. The adapter is the icing on the cake for our hot air ducts. It might work without, but it's definitely better with. For one thing, it is safer for people, equipment or cars because the edges, fringes and wire ends of the cut pipe disappear under the silicone cover and therefore have no chance of scratching, pricking or tearing. It is also very practical: one end of the silicone adapter is semi-permanently attached to the cut-off pipe with one of the cable ties supplied. The other end of the adapter can then be tightened to a connection or extension as required using the ratchet clamp (ideal for our parking heaters). Without the ratchet, the silicone adapter, which only makes the pipe 5 mm thicker, is a perfect and aesthetically pleasing end sleeve. After all, the eye camps with you and who wants to look at fraying pipe ends.    

Organisation on two levels - the tiered table for on the go Especially in difficult terrain, when off-roading, camping or on expedition, a solid, clean and flat surface can make all the difference, whether it’s for cooking and eating, doing repairs or simply to spread maps and GPS gadgets to navigate properly. Moreover, our foldable side table offers not only one but two surfaces, like a small shelf. While you’re running a gas stove on top, for example, you can use the lower shelf to prepare your food items, away from dust and dirt. The double table is robust, portable and folds away nicely. When you need it you simply attach it to the stainless steel fittings included in the kit. Removal is just as easy. The fittings can be mounted on the side of your vehicle or the rear door. If you want to keep the folding table permanently attached, use the two screws we’ve included in the kit specifically for that purpose. When driving, the table is simply folded up. The metal structure’s powder coated surface is highly resistant to scratches, abrasion and also to heat. While cooking, you can put warm pots and pans directly onto the table (Attention! Do not put boiling hot pots on the table, this can damage the coating).
