Upgrade rear door damper for Suzuki Jimny 2 GJ/HJ Rear doors on off-road vehicles have to be heavyweight athletes, as they often carry spare wheels and other equipment. Especially when the vehicle is parked on uneven surfaces, opening tailgates – or keeping them open – can be a difficult and heavy task. For the Suzuki Jimny 2 (from model year 2018), we offer an easy-to-fit plug & play solution that does not require any modifications to the vehicle itself. The replacement damper for the rear door is calibrated to an opening angle of approximately 3. That means once you’ve pulled the handle and opened the door to that angle, the damper automatically and gently pushes the door fully open and keeps it in position – even when you’re parked at an angle on slopes or in off-road terrain. Another advantage of the heavy duty damper is the wider opening angle (slightly over 90°) when compared to the original part.

With our complete installation kit consisting of Nolden 90 mm LED combination lights for daytime running lights and fog lights and the matching adapter cable, burnt-out, corroded or broken bulbs are a thing of the past. The Nolden combination lights combine both a daytime running light ring with fibre optic technology and an LED fog light in a high-quality chrome housing. Nolden uses high-quality LEDs from Osram, which are also extremely economical at 8.1 W for the daytime running light and 8.8 W for the fog light. The perfectly fitting and extremely robust wind deflectors from ClimAir Off-road vehicles are not designed for aerodynamically perfect airflow. So far, so obvious and normally it doesn’t matter anyway because in a 4x4 you’re unlikely to reach the speeds where it becomes problematic. The drag around the cracked windows is not only loud, it also pulls more dust and water inwards and that’s pretty annoying, even for hardcore off-roaders. Wind deflectors by ClimAir for Jimny 2, offer the perfect solution. There are many aluminium roof boxes on the market - ranging from expensive, heavy and cheap quality. This aluminium box has an excellent quality/price ratio. It's also water- and dust-proof according to the IP54-Norm. The aluminium alloy of the box offers good protection against salt water and other environmental toxicants. The material strength is 1.0 mm. waterproof / dustproof according to IP54 standard Delivery without FLIXPLUS lashings! Please note that there is one important consideration about aluminum. As always, we make sure our products are stored, handled and shipped with the utmost care. Aluminum boxes, however, can always show minimal scratches, dull spots, blemishes, small dents or other superficial marks on delivery. These are solely due to the specific properties of the material. On contact with atmospheric oxygen, aluminum develops a natural, anti-corrosion patina. Three times lighter than steel, it is also considerably softer, making it the perfect material for metal sheets, especially when weight and durability are important. The flip side of these properties, though, means that aluminum can never be entirely free of scratches, blemishes etc. This is why these surface marks do not constitute grounds for customer complaints. The small workhorse from Suzuki is a big performer but has one major disadvantage: the Jimny – due to conceptual constraints – suffers from massive lack of space on the inside. Farmers, foresters and other friends of the 4x4 quickly reach the limits of the Mini-Defender when storing tools and equipment. With the CargoBear for the petite Japanese, there is now a modular and highly flexible roof rack to individually adapt to your needs. The CargoBear’s flat roof silhouette reduces aerodynamic losses and the modular design protects the car’s roof and body by effectively absorbing torsion forces. The deep black, high-quality powder-coated CargoBear modules made of aluminum-magnesium alloy are manufactured entirely in Germany. The bear’s skeleton is made up of either two or three crossbeams. But wait: how much of it can you actually use? Only rarely will you load big items in one piece – let’s say a fridge for example – into the cargo space of the little 4x4 and that’s the problem. The Jimny is mostly a specialized working vehicle for farmers, forest workers and hunters. That means, there’s always lots of tools, fuels, lubricants, equipment, feed bags and dirty clothes that you don’t want to pile up on the small surface area of the cargo hold. Add animals – dead and alive – to the mix and you get the picture.Once we’ve spotted this particular problem, we immediately set to work on it and are now offering a mini-version of our CargoBear system specifically for the back of the Jimny GJ/HJ. This rack effectively partitions the narrow but high cargo space and lets you load many more items much more effectively. Roof console for Suzuki Jimny 2, type GJ On our passionate mission to optimize the storage space in the Suzuki Jimny II in the best possible way, we have set our sights on one of the last remaining spaces in the interior. Having covered the rear area well with the CargoBear shelf, cargo net, tailgate organizer, seat covers and modular window panels, we are left with an empty piece of headliner between the driver and front passenger that is crying out for a storage upgrade. Our roof console made of 2 mm thick aluminum is approx. 73 cm long and 18 cm wide, making it ideal for strapping or screwing on flat and/or long items of equipment, MOLLE bags and the like. Mounting the bracket is extremely simple, regardless of whether a cargo net is already installed or not. In the former case, the retaining plate of the console is attached directly to the strip of the cargo net. If the headlining is still bare, there are two plugged mounting points at the corresponding points at the factory which are used. At the front, the interior light must be removed briefly in order to make two small holes in the trim for the screws. Once the screws have been secured with the nuts, the interior lighting can be refitted. The roof console for the Jimny 2 is available in black, coyote or gray to match the roof net versions.

Our cargo mesh for the Suzuki Jimny II (from MY2018) will generate a lot of storage room in a place that’s rarely used: under the roof in the cargo bay.To attach the 93 x 60 cm netting to the roof trim, all you need to do is mount two aluminum frame elements in the front and the back. They are the same color as the mesh for a seamless look. The elastic cargo mesh can then be attached to the frame and the interior grab handles with 12 adjustable straps. To make it easier for you to fill the mesh space, there are also two click buckles in the front for easy access.Light and flat pieces of equipment, sleeping bags, textiles and the like will find the perfect storage space inside the mesh, even in a fully loaded Jimny.If you do not have handles on the headlining, 2 ring nuts are supplied to attach the net. Solar panel for bonnet Next generation solar cells are increasingly integrated into structural components. Instead of separate, awkwardly mounted modules on the roof of a house, for example, the roof tiles themselves function as solar panels. Our PV modules for the hoods of 4x4s and vans follow this principle. While they do not yet replace the hood, they are so thin (only 3 mm) and so flexible that they precisely fit the shape of the hood – making them hard to recognize as an extra add-on. In addition, they are also extremely aerodynamic and robust enough to even step on them if needed. The hood modules for Defenders Td5 and Td4, New Defender, Jimny 2, Mercedes G-Class and Sprinter have an output of between 75 and 90 W at 12 V, depending on the model. Your only requirement is sufficient sunlight to generate enough power for the primary and secondary batteries in the car during the day. This in turn enables you to reliably operate all the devices needed in a camper or expedition vehicle: navigation and communication devices, laptop, cooking equipment, refrigerator and much more. Your equipment always remains fully functional and a sufficient charge of the starter battery is also guaranteed. Mounting the PV module and wiring it up to the batteries in the vehicle are equally easy DIY jobs. The rock slider for the Jimny GJ and HJ Tight-fitting rock slider made of aluminum with steel holding structure. To increase the rigidity of the slider panel, "dimple the" beads are pressed into the front. Replaces the original plastic sill protection. The steel holding structure is replaced by pressing in threaded rivets in the sill (attention, drilling out the existing holes from 8.5 mm to 9 mm necessary). On the underside, the retaining structure is held in position by clamping the sill rebate.
