Windscreen cover Famously, there’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad preparation, if we may extend the scope of the old saying. In any case, you’re well prepared for all sorts of situations if you carry one of our Nakatanenga multifunctional covers in your car. One side is covered in an insulating aluminum thermal foil, the other is made from PU coated, stepped nylon, making it a perfect multi-purpose cover. Especially when it’s cold or wet or both. The material is extremely robust, water-repellent and easy to clean. In winter, it makes the perfect windshield cover, especially for SUV’s or 4x4’s. With ample dimensions of 162 x 86 cm the mat features on the nylon side 6 firmly sewn-in d-rings made from sturdy plastic. You simply attach the included rubber straps, your own elastic cords and fasten them to mirrors or other structural features. The insulated aluminum side sports 5 cm wide and 20 cm long nylon straps that are meant to be trapped in the door frame. That way nothing will shift or be blown away by the wind overnight. But where do you put it? The HIDDEN BAG storage compartment for the original seats of the Land Rover Defender is easily attached via four high-tensile Velcro and fleece surfaces under the driver or front passenger seat. The bag offers storage space for the 1000 little things of everyday life such as pens, screwdrivers, pliers, multitool, flashlight, batteries for a remote control, USB stick with workshop manual, spare glasses, air pressure tester, charging cable and much more. But even a small digicam, a GPS device or other valuables are quickly out of sight and accessible. The traveler may stow a second passport, unauthorized radio or copies of their travel documents. The scope of delivery includes 4 self-adhesive and tensile Velcro strips for the seat side. The bag is attached to these Velcro strips via its 4 fleece surfaces (see pictures below). While they provide a lot of support off-road, they are at the same time quite comfortable, both when driving and when getting in or out of the car. Regardless whether you choose the Recaros with leather or fabric upholstery, our tailor-made protective covers for the Grenadier’s front seats function as a sturdy and versatile "battle suit" for tough off-road missions, long overland trips and everyday life. Our textile designers opted for a three-part concept to achieve a perfect fit for the compact, straight-lined seats. Apart from the headrest, there are two separate covers for backrest and seat. This allows for a firm and precise fit without bulging or sliding. The covers are fastened with straps (or velcro) and tucked into the gaps for an even tighter fit, both at the outer edges and between the backrest and the seat. The materials - 1000D nylon 6.6 and breathable nylon mesh - are hard-wearing and, above all, easy to clean. MOLLE on the headrest, backrest and the front edge of the seat offers additional storage space to attach equipment and accessory pouches. The Nakatanenga backpack When product design becomes a matter of survival, as in military equipment, the principle of reduction applies to the maximum. The superfluous or useless is mercilessly sorted out and each part is charged with as many functions as possible. Therefore, it is never wrong to take tactical equipment as a model to make everyday products better. This is what we did with our new backpack and created an all-rounder, which is due to its practical properties as a Bug Out / Survival Bag as well as a daypack for school, university or work. Ergonomically, we paid attention to wearing comfort. Depending on the package, four adjustable straps ensure stability and comfort. Removable chest and waist straps reduce weight on the shoulders for greater stability when running, climbing or cycling. The mesh padding on the back is especially pleasant on longer tours. Due to the better ventilation, it reduces the sweat through the clothes. A variety of compartments and pockets with a total volume of about 17l provides maximum flexibility when stowing equipment or everyday objects. For long backpacking tours even a hydration can be used. The drinking tube can be passed through a specially designed opening on the handle. Straps on the straps and LaserCut MOLLE on the front and sides make it possible to individually attach additional packs and utensils such as our bottle holder.
