We have packed even more technology, even more experience and even more customer feedback into our new mobile heating boxes. If you are looking for a small, self-sufficient and portable heat source with unrivaled capacity for cold days and nights in unheated outdoor shelters or temporary accommodation, you get everything you need (or want) in a small, weatherproof aluminum box. Available in three modular versions with different configurations, the Nakatanenga heating box provides the perfect, independent heat source for tents, gazebos, garden sheds, mountain huts, snack stands, stalls and much more. The heart of the mobile parking heater is the Autoterm Luft 2D, a diesel-powered air heater with a maximum heat output of 1.8 kW and a diesel consumption of just under a quarter of a liter per hour at full power. With a tank capacity of 18 liters in the twin-tank version, this means that it can heat at full throttle for over 70 hours. The economical unit, which is also very quiet at 55 dB thanks to the exhaust silencer, is controlled by a digital control unit with timer in the version with two batteries and can also be switched on and off by radio remote control. This allows you to preheat your camper, roof tent, caravan or hunting lodge in good time for getting up or for the evening, for example, and operate it from the place where you are staying or sleeping inside*. In contrast to the previous models, the three versions of our mobile parking heater are now only available in one box size, namely 42 liters. This is significantly more compact than the old version in the large version and only slightly more voluminous than the small model from before. What is the advantage? The new universal crate has a modular interior with a powerful performance. Depending on whether you need tanks, batteries or both in the box, you can choose the appropriate version when purchasing: with 9.2 L single or 18.4 L double tank, each without battery, as well as with single tank, two batteries and digital control. However, it can also be easily retrofitted or converted if requirements change. This is made possible by elaborately designed brackets in the box and the use of specially manufactured, made-to-measure tanks. In contrast to conventional lead-acid AGM technology, lithium batteries combine superior charging properties with much lower weight and volume and a long service life. LiFePo4 batteries can be deep-discharged without any problems, which sooner or later leads to irreparable damage with AGM batteries, as the rule of thumb here is that you should never draw more than 50% charge. If you are not dependent on the greater cold tolerance of AGM batteries, you should definitely consider the higher costs for LiFePo4 batteries and compatible charging technology. The weight and space savings, the long service life and the uncomplicated discharging and charging of the battery are strong arguments in favor of the investment. What's more, LiFePo4 technology is also extremely safe And a special note on aluminum: Although we take the utmost care during storage and shipping, as with all our products, aluminum boxes can always show minimal scratches, stains, dents or other surface features upon delivery. These are material-related and result from the specific properties of the light metal. In contact with oxygen, aluminum forms a natural, corrosion-protecting patina and is also relatively soft compared to steel, which is three times heavier. This makes the material ideal for use in sheet metal, especially when weight and resistance are important. On the other hand, however, it also means that aluminum can never be completely free of patina or other marks, even on delivery: Small scratches, stains etc. therefore do not constitute grounds for complaint. Ultimately, aluminum boxes are intended to be robust objects of daily use. Like everything that is actively used, they develop an individual patina and every trace of use tells a story. Solar panel for hood, 12V, for various vehicles
Solar panel for bonnet Next generation solar cells are increasingly integrated into structural components. Instead of separate, awkwardly mounted modules on the roof of a house, for example, the roof tiles themselves function as solar panels. Our PV modules for the hoods of 4x4s and vans follow this principle. While they do not yet replace the hood, they are so thin (only 3 mm) and so flexible that they precisely fit the shape of the hood – making them hard to recognize as an extra add-on. In addition, they are also extremely aerodynamic and robust enough to even step on them if needed. The hood modules for Defenders Td5 and Td4, New Defender, Jimny 2, Mercedes G-Class and Sprinter have an output of between 75 and 90 W at 12 V, depending on the model. Your only requirement is sufficient sunlight to generate enough power for the primary and secondary batteries in the car during the day. This in turn enables you to reliably operate all the devices needed in a camper or expedition vehicle: navigation and communication devices, laptop, cooking equipment, refrigerator and much more. Your equipment always remains fully functional and a sufficient charge of the starter battery is also guaranteed. Nakatanenga dual battery system complete set for Land Rover Defender (without batteries) The Nakatanenga dual battery system for Land Rover Defender 90/110/130 provides the ideal basis for a powerful and reliable on-board power supply. It enables high battery capacities, safe and convenient control and maximum operational reliability – perfect for winch operation, camping equipment or extensive additional consumers. The starter battery remains protected at all times, ensuring that the vehicle remains reliably ready to start. The battery carrier is mounted under the driver's seat and is designed to hold two batteries, each measuring up to approx. 315x175x190mm (batteries NOT included). The design is vibration-resistant and designed so that the seat box, including the locking mechanism and existing attachments or add-ons, are not affected. The isolating relay is mounted directly on the battery carrier. This ensures automatic separation of the starter and consumer batteries and allows both batteries to be connected together as required. Both batteries are charged while driving, and only the consumer battery is used when stationary. This means that the starter battery is always fully operational – a decisive advantage at low temperatures or during long periods of inactivity. At the touch of a button, both batteries can be interconnected to provide very high currents for a short period of time, for example during intensive winch operation. Depending on the model, a control unit with battery monitor for installation in the dashboard is included. This allows the driver to conveniently monitor and control the entire system within their direct field of vision. The set also includes all necessary cables, small parts and installation materials. The heavy-duty cable set consists of high-quality 35 mm² copper cables with professionally crimped cable lugs and battery terminals. The built-in Cyrix isolator relay is particularly user-friendly and reliable. It is possible to upgrade with a separate battery monitor at a later date, but this is more expensive than choosing a complete system from the outset. We recommend not installing a total charging capacity of more than 160Ah, as a higher capacity cannot be covered by the alternator. Furthermore, we recommend using only two batteries of the same type (e.g. lead-acid or AGM), the same capacity (Ah) and, as far as possible, identical condition in terms of age, charge cycles and previous use. The use of different battery types, capacities or batteries of different ages leads to deviating electrical characteristics (internal resistance, charging and discharging behaviour) and is very likely to result in overload, malfunction or permanent damage to the batteries and/or the battery control or battery management system. Damage resulting from a battery configuration that does not comply with specifications must be avoided and can significantly impair operational safety. Remote switch with relay for winches
Remote switch - Carlingtech Contura For safety reasons, it is advisable to switch off the electric winch on the off-roader and only switch it on when needed. This is usually done with a disconnect switch in the engine compartment, so that awkward handling is necessary when you want to start the winch. With the switching relay and the switch supplied, this can be done conveniently from the driver's seat without having to lay the winch's power cables there. Faulty connections or other glitches can be easily traced from the one central tech hub, eliminating the need to take half the car apart as with hardwired solutions fitted behind dashboards and paneling or inside struts or conduits. The 12 V tech hub boasts a maximum ampage of 60 A and is designed for parallel operation of several devices. All connections are individually fused and a manual override guarantees additional safety. Moreover, battery protection ensures that battery voltage is constantly maintained and depletion is prevented. The remote switch buttons can be allocated as necessary and individually identified by an included set of stickers with different icons. The remote also features user-friendly backlit illumination, status lights and a sleep mode. Pairing the remote with the hub is as simple as pressing two buttons and unique signal pairing means that you can operate the same functions on the hub with two remote controls, one in the cabin and one in the back for example. This increases both comfort and safety. The remote is kept and charged in an included docking station.

Fuse holder 500A Every vehicle's battery should be protected with a fuse about 30 cm from the battery itself. This way, in case of an accident the chance of a fire is reduced massively. Especially with heavy equipment in use, like a winch. For this reason, we strongly recommend protecting the electrics of your 4x4 by installing a proper fuse. This fuse holder usually installed in boats is more than just up for the job. The mount itself is good for up to 750 A, while the two 500 A fuses are perfect for operating a winch. The holder purposely ships with two fuses to never leave you stranded should the first fail. The lugs receive cables up to 50 mm². Of course, this holder is compatible with our dual-battery system.

Electronic blower control for Land Rover Defender
Blower control for Land Rover Defender Fan and heater in classic Defenders are notoriously poor in performance and reliability – especially in northern latitudes, where cold winters and rainy days regularly impair comfort and safety in the cockpit. While Land Rover upgraded to an improved fan heater for the Td4 (MY 2007), all previous models can easily be retrofitted with an electronic control system. In contrast to the old analog fan heater, the new electronic control system allows for continuous adjustments. This ensures more efficient operation and therefore better ventilation, heating and dehumidification in the interior. Heating your vehicle’s interior can be achieved much quicker, as is demisting or de-icing of the windows. Additionally, the electronic control is much less prone to wear than the old mechanical solution using sliders and resistors, which are susceptible to shocks and vibrations. The retrofit kit includes the electronic control, a stepless slider and all the assembly parts for the connections. Installation instructions are included.
