Repair panel rear sump for Defender 110 Td4, Td5 and Tdi Rust thrives best when it is hidden, especially when corners, angles or edges favour the constant accumulation of water and damp dirt. This is why Defender 110 Station Wagons often have hidden rust spots under the rear seat bench mount or on the frame holder. To avoid having to replace the entire base plate of the rear tub in the event of advanced contact corrosion, we now offer an exclusive, easy-to-fit repair kit for the particularly susceptible area under the seat bench. The kit consists of the main plate, two side parts and sufficient rivets. For installation (see pictures), the existing welding points on the rear tub are first drilled out. The sheet metal is then simply positioned accordingly, glued in place with body sealant and fixed at the sides with clamps. Once dry, drill the sheet metal at the pre-drilled welding points and insert the rivets. The two side panels are then attached in the same way. In the 110, for example, this means at the very rear above the load compartment or the third row of seats, or in the centre. As the net is always accessible from the front and rear, this practical storage space extension can even be accessed quickly from the driver or front passenger seat in hardtops, camper conversions and other two-seaters.Tightening the flexible cargo mesh in the roof liner is extremely easy with 14 straps and belt clamps. This aluminum profile helps to seal the door and the cargo hold, it protects the loading edge and also holds down the carpet or floor mat in the cargo area. No wonder that it frequently has to be replaced, whether it’s for visual defects or functional degradation. Our replacement profile matches the Land Rover OEM part (AQR710020) in form, function and quality, but offers a lot more value for money, as it only costs about half as much.

Accessories Dashboard Mounting Point for New Defender L663 Practical mounts for cell phones, navigation devices, tablets, and other gadgets are indispensable, because even the latest cars with all their "connectivity" don't deliver everything an off-roader, overland explorer or ambitious camper requires. However, cheap plastic mounts are usually a waste of money and not everyone wants to stick suction cups to their windows either. Our mounting plates for the side handles on the dashboard of the New Defender are designed to support heavy duty mounts – like those from market leader RAM Mounts. The plate’s tight hold makes sure that nothing wobbles, collapses or falls off. But most of all, there are no suction cups involved as they tend to come loose when off-roading or speeding along bumpy dirt roads.The mounting plate is powder-coated black to match the interior of the new Landy and you simply fasten it with the existing screws of the handle. No drilling is required and removal is as easy as installation. Glow plug connector Land Rover Defender If the diesel has difficulty getting going when starting from cold, and if it nails and smokes particularly badly, this is often due to the glow plugs. Before replacing the plugs, however, you should first check the condition of the cables and plugs. Often, the problem is simply that cables and plugs are exposed through porous plastic sheathing and the electrical contacts are suffering. As a rule, the service life of the plugs far exceeds that of the cable and plug connections, because cables and plugs and their insulation are naturally much more exposed to mechanical and weather-related influences. With our glow plug connector repair kits, Defender with Td5 and Td4 2.4l engines can be very easily retrofitted in case of problems with cables or connectors. This is also recommended if the glow plug set is being replaced anyway. The advantage of the repair kit is that the next time a problem occurs, it is not necessary to replace the entire wiring harness at great expense; instead, it is sufficient to replace the plug and cable up to the crimp connection. Nakatanenga Ventilation Panels Sliding Window Boot- Land Rover Defender until MY2016 It’s probably fair to say that the sliding rear windows on the Defender are more of a charming anachronism than a fully usable window. Due to their size and the horizontal sliding direction, it makes little sense to have them open while driving – especially in rainy weather or dusty conditions. And while parked, they are an open invitation for burglars and thieves.That’s why we have expanded our range of ventilation plates and are now offering them for both sides of the rear sliding windows in the old Landy (up to MY 2016). The plates have a folding mechanism in the middle that allows for vertical positioning in the open window. Our new cruise control puts an end to that.Now, at the touch of a button, Defender will maintain the desired cruising speed. The cruise control takes over the current speed and maintains it - exceptions: if the engine power is insufficient (e.g. high speed and at the same time a significant rise in the road), the cruise control switches off for safety reasons. when the brake or clutch pedal is pressed.The cruise control is operated via 2 supplied stainless steel buttons: a SET button to hold and increase the current speed. a RESET button for switching off the cruise control, as well as for resuming the last set speed.The delivery is made as a complete set incl. detailed and illustrated instructions, which also enable "occasional screwdrivers" to assemble it.Time required: about 1-2 hours.Conclusion: A "must" for all those who often drive on the motorway or undertake long-distance journeys - even the journey to the port in Genoa, for example, becomes a "relaxing" experience...Please note: Really only suitable for Td5 MY02-MY07. The holders are powder-coated in black and can be attached to the front grille in the exact position you require. The perfect fit is achieved by inserting the holder’s four lugs into the grille’s grid and fastening the unit by tightening the screw on the stainless-steel clamping plate. This creates a perfect fit and prevents the lights from moving or scratching the grille. Mounting the holders is a question of minutes and can be done entirely from the outside. The off-road light holders come in pairs.

The original spray flap brackets are made of painted steel. Anyone who has been driving a Defender for a long time knows that every few years the brackets rust through, as the paintwork flakes off over time and dirt, oily deposits and constant moisture provide the perfect conditions for corrosion. Our own custom-fit splash guard brackets are not only made of stainless steel, but are also powder-coated black. This makes them extremely robust, corrosion-resistant and durable.
