Warm shower kit 2.0 - Autoterm parking heater + combiBOIL with Comfort Boiler Control The original from tigerexped - but now even better! The Warm Shower Kit is the simple way to equip touring vehicles or boats & yachts with a hot air heater and hot water at the same time. In contrast to technically complex combination devices, the kit consisting of two individual devices is less expensive and, above all, less prone to complete failure. And if necessary, it can even be repaired while traveling. The strength of the Warmduscher kit is that it is simple and the two main elements (heater and boiler) function separately. Defects in one component do not automatically affect the other. A defect in the boiler is unlikely due to the high quality of materials and workmanship with high pressure resistance - however, should damage occur for whatever reason, the heater will continue to run completely unimpressed and that is a good thing. Because not being able to take a hot shower is one thing - spending the night in a completely chilled vehicle at perhaps -20 degrees is another. The Warm Shower Kit 2.0 is therefore a system that is simple to set up and easy to install. It is therefore perfect for DIY enthusiasts, but of course also for professional manufacturers who want to offer their customers a low-maintenance, trouble-free solution for their trips. How does the Warm Shower Kit 2.0 work:The Warm Shower Kit 2.0 can generate hot water in three different ways: Via an electric heating element, which means via electricity if you have just enough reserves, or are connected to shore power.Simply on the side when the heating is running - without consuming any additional energy. Hot water is the "waste product", so to speak.NEW: The boiler can be integrated into the engine's cooling water circuit to heat either the service water itself or a second water loop. Conversely, the engine can also be preheated to make starting more gentle (not suitable for use in arctic temperature ranges).Each of these three options has its advantages and can be used when it suits best. After a few days of self-sufficient camping in hot weather, for example, you don't want to leave the heating on, nor do you want to heat up the water from driving. However, if it is too warm for the heating, there is probably enough solar power in the batteries to generate hot water via the electric heating element. With the combination of three options, this kit always offers the one that fits perfectly in every situation. The options for integration into the cooling water circuit are as follows: Cooling water circuit heats the service water, i.e. the cooling water circuit is connected to the boiler and heats service water for showers etc. while driving. (Caution: As the temperature of the cooling water can rise above 100°C (due to pressure), the boiler must be prevented from overheating by means of a valve or by switching off the circulation pump).The boiler preheats the cooling water circuit (engine), which means that the above function is reversed. The engine cooling circuit can be preheated by connecting the boiler to a 230V/110V power source or by using hot air from the parking heater.Heating a second water loop, whereby the energy that is fed into the boiler via the electric heating element or hot air is fed into a second water circuit via a circulation pump. It is also possible to combine the two water circuits (so that the cooling water circuit heats the second water loop), although precautions must be taken with regard to the flow temperature from the motor. NEW: Integration of a second water loopWith combiBOIL it is possible to operate a second water loop with hot water. For example, underfloor heating or towel radiators can be implemented to make it easier to dry wet clothes and towels in the vehicle. Please note that an expansion tank must be integrated into the water loop and, depending on the application, the water may need to be circulated by a circulation pump. Nakatanenga Spare Wheel Carrier Defender Pickup / Softtop, until MY2016   To preserve the original Defender look and to make room on the inside we adjusted our classic spare wheel carrier for the pic-up version of the defender (Attention: there is a separate version available for the classic hardtop). The carrier is independent from the rear gate, we eliminated any noise and made it from stainless steel. The carrier is thoroughly tested, e.g. on the "Grand Erg" Rally. It was designed to ease the installation while guaranteeing usability and resilience. In 2014 we further improved the design and started manufacturing entirely from stainless steel. The bearing does not require service, the entire carrier is corrosion resistant and can be removed just as easily as installed if needed. This wheel mount is compatible with the additional step and with the hitch from Land Rover, as well as our rear bumpers The carrier can easily be mounted yourself alternatively we also offer an installation service. The new design achieves (nearly) the same structural strength as its predecessor but reduces the net weight considerably.  The CargoBear 2.0 has been designed for a load capacity of 300 kg off-road (with evenly distributed load). This can easily be doubled on the road. Theoretically, that is, because it’s important to make two points when it comes to roof racks. One, keep in mind that your vehicle’s center of gravity can shift upwards considerably when carrying a roof rack with cargo, especially off-road. And two, when loading your roof rack, the limitations will most likely result from your vehicles approved roof load which in most cases will be significantly below the specifications of the rack itself. Some of the CargoBear 2.0’s features stay the same, however, because we found them hard to improve: this includes the jet-black, super-flat look, the high-performance material and the modular versatility. Furthermore, all accessories, additional components, roof tents etc. are fully compatible with the first generation. The long G-Class will finally get a CargoBear with four crossbars.  And last but not least, the old heavier CargoBear with longitudinal beams and checker plate will be continued exclusively for classic Defenders who need specific heavy-duty applications.The CargoBear does NOT fit the Mercedes G model W465 from model year 2024! Measured from the gutter, the CargoBear is approx. 20cm high. On the roof it is approx. 5-6 cm - depending on the roof, condition, year of construction etc.

Great conversion kit for the 2nd row of seats With the introduction of Td4 Puma models from MY2007 onwards, Defenders featured not only a new engine and drive train but also significant changes to the interior. Due to new safety regulations, second row seats and their mounting points required a new layout. Consequently, more recent Td4 back seats will not fit when restoring or converting older pre-2007 models.  Our conversion kit enables you to install post-2007 second row seats in pre-2007 110 Defender Station Wagons. Nakatanenga Winch Bumper 2 for Land Rover Defender The new Nakatanenga NAWIBU2 winch bumper is equally suitable for Land Rover Defender 90/110/130 with or without air conditioning. It fits all model years and engine types, such as Td4, Td5, Tdi, Tdci, Puma, 2.5, 2.4 and 2.2. Locally manufactured for us, the winch bumper is powder-coated black and protects the front of the vehicle even during tough off-road use. The two integrated, swivelling recovery eyes are ideally suited for self and external recovery - or for attaching an optional pulley, which doubles the pulling force of the winch or makes difficult recoveries possible in the first place. The design of the winch bumper allows for easy registration by means of a fee-based individual approval.
