Stainless steel door sill panel The door sill prevents damage to the paint during boarding and disembarking and the door rubbers (with wire inlay) scrub there. In addition, it enhances the look. The door sill is made of stainless steel, stainless steel mounting material is included. The installation of the door sills is done on the existing holes of the floor panels. Additional Interior Light for Land Rover NEW DEFENDER  The new Defender is being marketed as a true workhorse, but – as always – there’s room for improvement when it comes to the practicalities of working with your L663 on a day-to-day basis. One such aspect is definitely the lighting for the load space in the back. The standard set-up is somewhat sparse but most of all it lacks proper roof lights. This is especially problematic since the cargo area is often filled up or modified by installed racks, boxes and the like. Our LED light bar solves this problem with more than sufficient 396 Lumens light intensity. The lightbar is easily installed on the trim above the cargo door and illuminates the entire load space – helping you to quickly find tools and equipment and ensuring safe working conditions day or night. Mounting the roughly 36 cm long and 2 cm wide LED lightbar is really easy. Simply click the two fastening clips into the edge of the upper door trim. The clips’ custom-shape will hold the lightbar firmly in position. Connecting the device to the Defender’s wiring is just as quick by simply pushing the LED bar’s wire behind the trim and pulling it along the D-pillar towards the standard lamp housing by the fuse box. In most cases, you won’t even have to remove the trim panels. That’s where the Comfort Control remote for Autoterm/Planar Diesel air heaters 2D and 4D comes in. Completely redesigned and greatly improved when compared to its predecessor, the Comfort Control activates and deactivates your heater based on timer and/or thermostat settings. Choose from three timer modes for recurring heating intervals, a power mode for constant output, ventilation-only modes e.g. for reducing air humidity inside your camper and last but not least the new thermostat mode. The latter was added due to popular request and allows for setting and maintaining comfortable temperatures by individual degrees centigrade. Concern for space is one thing in camping mobiles, the usage of electricity is another. In that respect, the remote control has also improved by minimizing its own power consumption. Moreover, the Comfort Control is capable of monitoring the voltage, effectively eliminating the danger of the heater deep discharging the battery. Another great feature is an alert function reminding you when to burn off soot deposits in the combustion chamber. Connecting the Comfort Control remote is as easy as plug & play.

VW T5/T6 heater bracket for AUTOTERM 2D parking heater This holder enables easy installation of the AUTOTERM (= Planar 2D parking heater) under the VW T5/T6. The mounting location corresponds to the factory-fitted air heater (passenger side between sill and longitudinal member). The holder is made of stainless steel and offers individually bendable mounting lugs for intake and exhaust silencers or similar. Only rivet nuts are required for installation, as there may not be any holes with threads in the carrier ex works.Optional: On the 4th and 5th photo you can see that the bracket can be combined with the stainless steel installation box (marked with blue lines) for the AUTOTERM 2D parking heater. Seat pad Land Rover Defender Many Landy critics bemoan the seat position in the Defender, the missing elbow room and the spartan original Land Rover seats. But that’s doing a disservice to the furniture from Solihull, especially the improved versions that were introduced in 2007. Even taller drivers, with seat rail extensions installed, can do mile after mile without problems for back and behind. So, if you’re restoring an old Defender or you put too much mileage on yours, it’s worth considering to refurbish the old seats instead of putting brand new ones in. As long as the seat covers are fine and only the foam cores have disintegrated, an upgrade with new seat foams can make a huge difference. This is classic DIY and pretty easy to do with our replacement foams for backrests and seat cushions. Simply remove the whole seat, take the backrest and seat cushion out, remove the covers and rip the old foam off the frame. The new foam cores can be fixed to the frame with standard spray adhesives. Then reverse the process and enjoy your firm new seats. The seat fits all Defender standard outer front seats up to 2016, the backrest for 2007 - 2016. Not suitable for special models.

Nakatanenga Seat Bracket for Sports Seats Mounting bracket, non-folding, for sports seats, for Land Rover Defender 90/110/130, for seats with 405 mm seat rail distance, is attached to the original mounting points. Material: stainless steel, ceramic-blasted, optionally with additional black powder coating. The bracket is at the same time a seat rail extension by approx. 35mm, a combination with our seat rail extensions does not make sense (although technically feasible). The height of the console is 31 mm at the front and 61 mm at the rear.

Anyone who has opted for high-performance synthetic materials for mountain equipment will benefit from cascading solutions. One steel part after the other can be replaced in the module chain with lightweight and synthetics. With the decision to use a synthetic winch rope, the classic deflection pulley, with its wearing parts, the high weight and the tendency to get stuck, also had its day. With so-called NMP pulleys - "No Moving Parts" - nothing rolls anymore. In principle, it is only a rope guide block, through which synthetic ropes glide easily, even under high loads, due to the low frictional resistance. This does NOT work with steel cables! Our Nakatanenga Heavy Duty pulley made of hard anodized aluminum for ropes from 8-14 mm is manufactured according to military standard MIL-A-8625F TYPE III, has a breaking load of 18 t and weighs only 1.65 kg. The large radius of the "reel" is particularly important in the off-road area, since dirt and foreign objects cannot easily affect the cable routing.  The NMP roll is fastened with the supplied 10 mm thick soft shackle with a breaking strength of up to 12 t, optionally in gray or orange. You can also order the pulley individually, without shackles.

Hose bag for perfect storage If you’re travelling a lot with gear and equipment, whether it’s camping, expeditions or simply for your business or job, you just know how quickly things deteriorate when your stuff doesn’t have its proper place. That’s why our mobile Diesel heaters are so great. Everything you need in one box! With one exception, though: the WALUFLEX pipe for warm air transport from the heater is too big for that. But that doesn’t mean you have to pack the tubing in plastic bags or carry it as it is. Our textile workshop has now come up with a dedicated storage bag with carrying straps especially for the WALUFLEX pipe. Made from robust and easy-to-clean 1000D Nylon material, the pack bag stores and protects the warm air tube. Moreover, it also saves a lot of valuable pack space. Tubes of up to 3 m length can be secured in the bag with two separate straps. Zip it up, job done! By the way, we have also sewn a patch of MOLLE fleece onto the front of the bag. That makes it very easy to identify the WALUFLEX bag with badges, labels etc. Ready to go!  You can order the carrying bag by itself or including a WALUFLEX tube (3 m) with end collars.
