Supplied in pairs and powder-coated in black, they are ideal for emergency vehicles and expeditions. Installation is straightforward: wind down the window, insert the ventilation panel, close the window again – and it sits securely and rattle-free. ⚠️ Important note: Children and animals must never be left in the vehicle at high temperatures, even with ventilation panels in place. No matter which kind of board you’re going for, though, there’s always two questions to keep in mind, whether your tracks are made from metal, synthetics or rubber: For one, where are you keeping them, before and after deployment or in seasonal storage? And two, how do you keep your vehicle clean, if you chose to transport the tracks inside the trunk or cargo hold instead of an outside mount? Our Nakatanenga board bags will conclusively solve both issues. Whether it’s our own Maximum Traction boards, GFK Waffle Boards, aluminum sand ladders or any other product from MAXTRAX, TREDS, HEBE etc., the bag will fit any recovery board up to a maximum size of 1200 x 340 mm. With its depth of 130 mm at the sides, the bag is specifically designed for synthetic boards and their greater thickness when compared to classic metal sand ladders. However, the wide cut of the bag allows for a stack of boards of up to 180 mm in total. Inside the bag, we have sewn-in two adjustable straps with quick-release buckles to secure stacks of boards and prevent any sliding or shifting. The fabric is made from robust 100% PU-coated nylon to ensure quick cleaning by brush or water hose. It is also machine washable at 30 Celsius. Cargo Rail Nut 2.0
Cargo rail nut 2.0 available in size M8 and V4A precision casting and thus best suited for exterior use. The nut is held securel in place with the stainless clip and can stay in place all the time. This makes it interesting for interior use, too, e.g. when fixtures have to be removed temporarily from the vehicle and will be fitted to the same place again. There are no protruding bolts, the nut can stay at its place, fitting is facilitated as the clip can cope with lateral force before fully tightening down, too. Once torqued down, the ribbed outer of the nut tightly grabs into the cargo rail, preventing any twisting or movement under load. The cargo rail nut 2.0 allows flush fitting of optional equipment and fixtures as the nut sits level with the rail and does not protrude above it. Additionally the clip acts as a washer, thus increasing the contact area, expecially in the rounded version of the airline cargo rails, while also protecting painting/anodisation. Four markers facilitate to mark the drill centre. Advantages: rustfree - nut made of high-quality V4A precision casting, clip of stainless EN 1.4310 steel simple handling - fit nut, secure with clip, bolt on equipment innovative - can be fitted to ANY part of the cargo rail and doesn't have to be pushed in from the side nut sits level and does not protrude - equipment can be bolted on flush secure - sits securely in the rail and stays where it was fitted - does not get out of place, even with nothing bolted to it. ClimAir wind deflector for Discovery 3 & 4 - Fresh air without compromise Off-road vehicles are not designed for aerodynamics and invertebrate air currents, of course. This is seldom noticeable when driving the car, because most of the time you don't even get into the corresponding speed ranges. However, there is one aspect where the rustic boxy shape of the Discovery quickly shows annoying disadvantages and that is the almost rectangular and rather vertically positioned windows. Especially in tough off-road conditions or in cold and wet weather, for example, when the Discovery's ventilation fails again and the windows mist up, you're glad to be able to roll the windows down a bit. But then the effect described at the beginning becomes apparent very quickly. The strong turbulence on the angular windows is not only noisy, but draws even more dust and water into the car. This is annoying even for hardened off-roaders.
