And if necessary, it can even be repaired while traveling. The strength of the Warmduscher kit is that it is simple and the two main elements (heater and boiler) function separately. Defects in one component do not automatically affect the other. A defect in the boiler is unlikely due to the high quality of materials and workmanship with high pressure resistance - however, should damage occur for whatever reason, the heater will continue to run completely unimpressed and that is a good thing. Because not being able to take a hot shower is one thing - spending the night in a completely chilled vehicle at perhaps -20 degrees is another. The Warm Shower Kit 2.0 is therefore a system that is simple to set up and easy to install. It is therefore perfect for DIY enthusiasts, but of course also for professional manufacturers who want to offer their customers a low-maintenance, trouble-free solution for their trips. How does the Warm Shower Kit 2.0 work:The Warm Shower Kit 2.0 can generate hot water in three different ways: Via an electric heating element, which means via electricity if you have just enough reserves, or are connected to shore power.Simply on the side when the heating is running - without consuming any additional energy. Hot water is the "waste product", so to speak.NEW: The boiler can be integrated into the engine's cooling water circuit to heat either the service water itself or a second water loop. Conversely, the engine can also be preheated to make starting more gentle (not suitable for use in arctic temperature ranges).Each of these three options has its advantages and can be used when it suits best. After a few days of self-sufficient camping in hot weather, for example, you don't want to leave the heating on, nor do you want to heat up the water from driving. However, if it is too warm for the heating, there is probably enough solar power in the batteries to generate hot water via the electric heating element. With the combination of three options, this kit always offers the one that fits perfectly in every situation. The options for integration into the cooling water circuit are as follows: Cooling water circuit heats the service water, i.e. the cooling water circuit is connected to the boiler and heats service water for showers etc. while driving. (Caution: As the temperature of the cooling water can rise above 100°C (due to pressure), the boiler must be prevented from overheating by means of a valve or by switching off the circulation pump).The boiler preheats the cooling water circuit (engine), which means that the above function is reversed. The engine cooling circuit can be preheated by connecting the boiler to a 230V/110V power source or by using hot air from the parking heater.Heating a second water loop, whereby the energy that is fed into the boiler via the electric heating element or hot air is fed into a second water circuit via a circulation pump. It is also possible to combine the two water circuits (so that the cooling water circuit heats the second water loop), although precautions must be taken with regard to the flow temperature from the motor. NEW: Integration of a second water loopWith combiBOIL it is possible to operate a second water loop with hot water. For example, underfloor heating or towel radiators can be implemented to make it easier to dry wet clothes and towels in the vehicle. Please note that an expansion tank must be integrated into the water loop and, depending on the application, the water may need to be circulated by a circulation pump. The heater can thus automatically regulate the temperature of the boiler - a manually operated control flap to divert the hot air is therefore unnecessary in most cases. Dangerous overheating with vapour formation in the boiler is reliably prevented.Only in extreme conditions - such as arctic temperatures in poorly insulated vehicles - can a control flap still be useful.Automatic frost protection can also be set: If the water temperature drops to 2 °C, the heater automatically warms the water to 15 °C and the ambient air to 7 °C.For winter storage, the water should be drained as usual; the boiler has its own drain valve for this purpose. If you are looking for a small, self-sufficient and portable heat source with unrivaled capacity for cold days and nights in unheated outdoor shelters or temporary accommodation, you get everything you need (or want) in a small, weatherproof aluminum box. Available in three modular versions with different configurations, the Nakatanenga heating box provides the perfect, independent heat source for tents, gazebos, garden sheds, mountain huts, snack stands, stalls and much more. The heart of the mobile parking heater is the Autoterm Luft 2D, a diesel-powered air heater with a maximum heat output of 1.8 kW and a diesel consumption of just under a quarter of a liter per hour at full power. With a tank capacity of 18 liters in the twin-tank version, this means that it can heat at full throttle for over 70 hours. The economical unit, which is also very quiet at 55 dB thanks to the exhaust silencer, is controlled by a digital control unit with timer in the version with two batteries and can also be switched on and off by radio remote control. LiFePo4 batteries - i.e. batteries with a lithium iron phosphate cathode - are the ideal supply batteries for camping or electrical work on the move. In contrast to conventional lead-acid AGM technology, lithium batteries combine superior charging properties with much lower weight and volume and a long service life. LiFePo4 batteries can be deep-discharged without any problems, which sooner or later leads to irreparable damage with AGM batteries, as the rule of thumb here is that you should never draw more than 50% charge. If you are not dependent on the greater cold tolerance of AGM batteries, you should definitely consider the higher costs for LiFePo4 batteries and compatible charging technology. The weight and space savings, the long service life and the uncomplicated discharging and charging of the battery are strong arguments in favor of the investment. What's more, LiFePo4 technology is also extremely safe And a special note on aluminum: Although we take the utmost care during storage and shipping, as with all our products, aluminum boxes can always show minimal scratches, stains, dents or other surface features upon delivery. These are material-related and result from the specific properties of the light metal. In contact with oxygen, aluminum forms a natural, corrosion-protecting patina and is also relatively soft compared to steel, which is three times heavier. This makes the material ideal for use in sheet metal, especially when weight and resistance are important. On the other hand, however, it also means that aluminum can never be completely free of patina or other marks, even on delivery: Small scratches, stains etc. therefore do not constitute grounds for complaint. Ultimately, aluminum boxes are intended to be robust objects of daily use. Like everything that is actively used, they develop an individual patina and every trace of use tells a story. A 90mm warm air pipe will not fit. In this case, a 90mm pipe connector (ArtNo. 18067) must be used. This adapter suitable for rather rare applications such as adapting 60mm hot air pipe to e.g. boilers with 90mm connection. Please note that you should never reduce the throughput of the hot air pipework of an air heater (i.e. do not reduce from 90mm to 60mm). Electronic blower control for Land Rover Defender
Blower control for Land Rover Defender Fan and heater in classic Defenders are notoriously poor in performance and reliability – especially in northern latitudes, where cold winters and rainy days regularly impair comfort and safety in the cockpit. While Land Rover upgraded to an improved fan heater for the Td4 (MY 2007), all previous models can easily be retrofitted with an electronic control system. In contrast to the old analog fan heater, the new electronic control system allows for continuous adjustments. This ensures more efficient operation and therefore better ventilation, heating and dehumidification in the interior. Heating your vehicle’s interior can be achieved much quicker, as is demisting or de-icing of the windows. Additionally, the electronic control is much less prone to wear than the old mechanical solution using sliders and resistors, which are susceptible to shocks and vibrations. The retrofit kit includes the electronic control, a stepless slider and all the assembly parts for the connections. Installation instructions are included.

Nakatanenga Heating Sleeve Fuel Filter with Wiring Harness, Time Relay and Push-button
Complete solution for clean diesel flow Powerful 100 W heating sleeve for fuel filters with a diameter between 73-95 mm. The sleeve has got crimped connectors and a wiring harness (incl. time relay and push-button). It prevents the gelling of fuel in colder temperatures and can be fitted to any vehicle with 12 V. Compared to customary sleeves this silicone heating sleeve is very flexible and can be fitted to many diesel filters. The sleeve guarantees ideal heating as it sits closely to the filter. Comes with powerful velcro strips for fitting. The waterproof wiring harness is fitted with a time relay with a push-button. The sleeve is switched on by push-button, it then heats for six minutes until it switches off automatically or for another six minutes if you press the button again. In cold climates your diesel fuel is prone to gelling as paraffin crystals form which turn the fuel flaky. As a result fuel flow through the filter stops and your engine loses power until it finally cuts out. Once the filter is blocked, it can only be freed by inducing heat. By emitting this heat and transferring it to the filter, our heating sleeve prevents the clogging of the filter element. The paraffin crystals are immediately dissolved by the induction of heat and the fuel can easily pass the filter again. You can purchase just the sleeve, without plugs, harness, relay and push-button here in our shop. Control element for Planar Autoterm air parking heater 12V 2D and 4D Comfort is when you don’t have to worry about life’s basics and feeling warm and cozy is definitely one of them, especially when camping, on a weekend trip or a 4x4 adventure. And since there is always too much on everyone’s to do list anyway, it’s a great relief when there’s at least one job you never have to worry about before you hit the sleeping bag or your bunk. That’s where the Comfort Control remote for Autoterm/Planar Diesel air heaters 2D and 4D comes in. Completely redesigned and greatly improved when compared to its predecessor, the Comfort Control activates and deactivates your heater based on timer and/or thermostat settings. Choose from three timer modes for recurring heating intervals, a power mode for constant output, ventilation-only modes e.g. for reducing air humidity inside your camper and last but not least the new thermostat mode. The latter was added due to popular request and allows for setting and maintaining comfortable temperatures by individual degrees centigrade. No more nights in the camper when it’s constantly either too cold or too hot. The new design is also much more comfortable and ergonomic. The OLED display, the multifunctional, non-slip rotary dial as well as two push buttons make selecting and setting the desired functions really easy. Navigating the menus is intuitive and straightforward and basic functions can be accessed directly with a shortcut button. Despite a bigger display and more functions, the Comfort Control is actually smaller in size than its predecessor. With dimension of only 82 x 37 x 19 mm, you can hide it easily but you don’t have to because the new design is a lot more stylish and will make a nice feature in any camper. Concern for space is one thing in camping mobiles, the usage of electricity is another. In that respect, the remote control has also improved by minimizing its own power consumption. Moreover, the Comfort Control is capable of monitoring the voltage, effectively eliminating the danger of the heater deep discharging the battery. Another great feature is an alert function reminding you when to burn off soot deposits in the combustion chamber. Connecting the Comfort Control remote is as easy as plug & play.

The mounting location corresponds to the factory-fitted air heater (passenger side between sill and longitudinal member). The holder is made of stainless steel and offers individually bendable mounting lugs for intake and exhaust silencers or similar. Only rivet nuts are required for installation, as there may not be any holes with threads in the carrier ex works.Optional: On the 4th and 5th photo you can see that the bracket can be combined with the stainless steel installation box (marked with blue lines) for the AUTOTERM 2D parking heater.
