Installation flange air heater for floors up to 48mm NEW: EVO version with even better thermal decoupling of the 4 fixing bolts!This flange allows the installation of an air heater in floors or walls with up to 48 mm wall thickness. Suitable for the Webasto and Eberspächer D2 parking heater.While an air heater is normally only suitable for installation in thin sheet metal walls or floors, with this flange an insulated floor construction with a wooden panel or directly a sandwich panel up to 48 mm thick can also be used. There is no need to scribe and drill the many different holes for combustion air, flue gas, fuel line and fixings - these are already integrated in the flange and allow the heater to be mounted directly in any direction. Only a rectangular cut-out of approx. 88x130 mm is required.Procedure: Find a suitable flat installation location with max. 48 mm total thickness (e.g. floor panel+insulation+wood panel). Cut a rectangular cut-out 88x130 mm. Insert the installation flange with sealing compound and screw it in place. Insert the heater from the inside into the flange and mount all hoses etc. from the outside.Stainless steel, laser-cut, welded, partially glass-bead blasted.Suitable for AUTOTERM air heaters (=Planar) 2D, 4D and 44D, as well as heaters with the same flange pattern from Eberspächer and possibly Webasto.

Adapter for hot air ducts
End piece for warm air hose WALUFLEX Our 60 mm Flexi pipes for parking heaters are the perfect solution for transporting warmth and cosiness from A to B, whereby B can be one of our roof tents, a cold mountain hut or whatever else needs to be heated off-grid. The warm air pipes can be cut to any length and to ensure that the pipe ends are cleanly sealed or can be easily and airtightly extended, we have a silicone adapter for easy ratcheting. The adapter is the icing on the cake for our hot air ducts. It might work without, but it's definitely better with. For one thing, it is safer for people, equipment or cars because the edges, fringes and wire ends of the cut pipe disappear under the silicone cover and therefore have no chance of scratching, pricking or tearing. It is also very practical: one end of the silicone adapter is semi-permanently attached to the cut-off pipe with one of the cable ties supplied. The other end of the adapter can then be tightened to a connection or extension as required using the ratchet clamp (ideal for our parking heaters). Without the ratchet, the silicone adapter, which only makes the pipe 5 mm thicker, is a perfect and aesthetically pleasing end sleeve. After all, the eye camps with you and who wants to look at fraying pipe ends.

Nakatanenga Universal Heating Sleeve Fuel Filter
Heating sleeve for fuel filter, universally applicable Powerful 100 W heating sleeve for fuel filters with a diameter between 73-95 mm. For universal fitting - if controls already exist.The sleeve prevents the gelling of fuel in colder temperatures and can be fitted to any vehicle with 12 V. Compared to customary sleeves this silicone heating sleeve is very flexible and can be fitted to many diesel filters. The sleeve guarantees ideal heating as it sits closely to the filter. Comes with powerful Velcro strips for fitting. Suitable for filter elements with a diameter from 73 to 95 mm. In cold climates your diesel fuel is prone to gelling as paraffin crystals form which turn the fuel flaky. As a result the fuel stops running through the filter and your engine loses power until it finally stops. Once the filter is blocked, it can only be freed by inducing heat. By emitting this heat and transferring it to the filter, our heating sleeve prevents the clogging of the filter element. The paraffin crystals are immediately dissolved by the induction of heat and the fuel can easily pass the filter again. A ready to fit version with crimped plugs and wiring harness (incl. time relay and push-button) can be purchased here in our online shop. The temperature sensor / probe enables a more accurate measurement of the temperature. This temperature sensor can be mounted as a third sensor (in addition to the two temperature sensors built into the heating and control panel); for example, in the living or sleeping area. The cable is 5 m long and protected by a corrugated tube. Suitable for AUTOTERM Luft 2D / 4D (formerly Planar 2D, 4D and 44D) parking heaters. Note: 1 temperature sensor can be connected per heater.

tank-mounted fuel intake pipe
Tank-mounted fuel intake pipe The 60 cm tank-mounted fuel intake pipe is perfect for our diesel heaters by Autoterm, but will also suit most other products like Webasto or Eberspächer. It will work with both diesel and gasoline on either air or water heated systems and it doesn’t matter whether your tank is plastic or metal. To fit the intake pipe, it is generally necessary to remove the fuel tank and its fittings. After drilling a hole for the intake pipe, the connector head has to be countered with a nut from the inside. That’s why access to the tank’s interior through the intake opening is a must. The flexible riser pipe can be bent into any shape, making it easy to determine the extraction level for the heater. Make sure that the opening of the pipe doesn’t reach all the way to the bottom of the tank, otherwise you’ll risk complete emptying of your fuel tank and the unwanted intake of dirt particles or tank sludge. The tank extraction is ideally suited for our Planar parking heaters.

After assembly, we are usually left with unused accessories and spare parts from the original AUTOTERM delivery, so we decided to bundle them as wear and tear replacement kits for only 20 € incl. VAT. That’s a massive price reduction of nearly 70% when compared to the individual value of these spare parts.The sets will fit AUTOTERM 2D and 4D air heaters and consist of one fuel pick-up tube, one fuel line, one exhaust pipe including heat insultation and various pieces of fastening materials. These are essential spare parts and replacements to keep handy in case of damage or wear and tear.
