Considering the limited interior that means first and foremost to use the roof space to the full extent: either with our own dedicated CargoBear system for the Jimny or any other conventional roof rails, bars or racks. Whatever solution you prefer, our light and strong aluminum ladder makes accessing the roof area a lot easier. Climbing to the rooftop is safer, more comfortable and allows for stress-free loading, fastening or strapping down of your cargo. The ladder is mounted on the tailgate only and has no connection with the roof or the rack, making it ideal for all kinds of carrier systems. Additionally, there is no need to drill holes either as the ladder is custom-designed to fit existing mounting points and screw holes: on the spare wheel mount, the tailgate’s drip rail and the bottom right door hinge. This also allows for quick and easy de-installation without damage or marks. Seat cover for Land Rover New Defender 110/130, driver and passenger side This isn’t off-the-peg, this is made to measure! If you’re looking for seat covers for the New Defender – the front seats to be precise – look no further than our seat protectors made from durable, and easy-to-clean 1000D Nylon 6.6. The seat covers were developed by us in our own tailor's workshop  – guaranteeing highest functionality and best workmanship. To ensure maximum comfort and compatibility with the climate technologies in your seats, the covers feature breathable mesh fabric on the actual sitting surface. And even though it is mesh, it will still protect the seat from dirt and moisture. To achieve a perfect fit, the one-piece cover is tightly tailored and does not require zippers or similar. Simply pull it over the seat, Velcro the top part underneath the headrest and close the sturdy straps and buckles on the underside. Additionally, a mesh pocket with a rubber foam piece inside is wedged into the gap between backrest and seat surface to prevent the cover from sliding. On the sides, openings in the cover allow easy access to the headrest controls. As with all our textile products, we always aim to add additional storage space. Generously sized MOLLE patches on the sides as well as large pockets in the rear of the backrest and the front rail of the seat make it very easy to store everyday items and small pieces of equipment temporarily or permanently. Our seat protectors come in the colors Coyote or black with uni-colored mesh insets. Material: Nylon, PU-coated Not suitable for New Defender 90 or the version with a 4-way adjustable headrest! The seat in the 90 design has a folding mechanism on the side to tilt the seat. These seat covers have NO! Recess for this lever.  This article was designed in our in-house tailor shop. A dedicated team and short distances allow for continuous quality control and further development of our textile products. And if you already have a tailor's workshop in house, then it is easy to also accept customer change requests, special designs, suggestions and proposals for improvement at short notice and to implement them as far as possible. Mail or phone call is all it takes! And by the way: At Nakatanenga we only use materials with 100% nylon PU coating for all textile articles. Unlike PVC, nylon PU (polyurethane) is free of harmful phthalate-based plasticisers. Until recently, low-molecular phthalates were the most common plasticisers for plastics of all kinds and are even used in food and cosmetics. However, they accumulate in the environment and are suspected of acting like endogenous hormones due to their molecular nature. This is highly questionable from a toxicological point of view and is considered to be a trigger for various diseases, including cancer. For Nakatanenga, it is therefore a matter of course to use only ecologically and health-safe alternatives such as nylon PU for the coating of textile products.

Can be applied using the "Do-It-Yourself" method. The hot spray process and the material were developed by Mike Sander over 30 years ago and have since been multiple test winners in long-term tests. Due to the so-called creep ability of the special grease, it spreads evenly even in the most angled corners of a car body and thus beats many other corrosion protection products.

Accessory kit for winches Whether as an accessories kit for winching enthusiasts or as handy emergency pack on overlanding trips, our Nakatanenga winching packages contain everything you need when you’re stuck in a rut. You have the choice between a steel version, primarily for steel cables, or the lightweight pack made from synthetics and aluminum, exclusively designed for synthetic winch ropes. Both varieties basically consist of the same components: two recovery straps, a pulley or block, shackles, protective gloves and a bag. The steel rope kit contains two steel shackles, a foldable snatch block with a work load WLL of 3.5 tons and a shoulder bag made from 100 % cotton. The synthetic kit boasts an NMP pulley made from Eloxal coated aluminum, three soft shackles and the Nakatanenga tool bag coated in robust and waterresistant Nylon PU. Straps Key items in the accessory kits are two 77 mm wide, high quality recovery straps. Made from polyamides, these straps come in lengths of 2 and 8 m and have a breaking strength of up to 9 tons. By design, the short strap is also a perfect tree trunk protector. FYI: The long strap is a new addition to the steel set and does not fit the cotton bag. It has to be stored separately. Shackles The recovery straps feature end loops strengthened by machine sewn Polyester coats. The 10 mm soft shackles in orange or gray are fixed through these end loops or “eyes”. The kit contains two soft shackles for this purpose and another one to fix the NMP block. The synthetic shackles are ultra-light and with a breaking strength of up to 12 t extremely loadable. As always, synthetics means little danger of injury, easy handling, no corrosion and no damaging of vehicle and equipment. The steel kit on the other hand uses traditional steel shackles with screw bolts. Pulleys The pulleys or blocks in the two kits differ considerably in design, material and usage. In the synthetics kit, the NMP block made from hard, Eloxal coated aluminum is fixed by a soft shackle and is exclusively meant to be used with plastic winch ropes of 8 to 14 mm thickness. Produced to military standards, this block has a breaking strength of 18 t and weighs only 1.65 kg. WARNING: Again, the NMP pulley must not be used with steel cables. If you are using steel cables, please choose the other kit with the metal snatch block. Our construction of high-strength 6 mm galvanised steel and a 15 mm polymer pulley accepts any type of mountain rope between 8 - 13 mm: Synthetic, plasma and steel ropes.The working load of the pulley is 9,000 lbs or just over 4 t, the breaking load is 19,300 lbs or over 8.7 t and is best suited for steel ropes. Bags The synthetics kit comes in our robust, high quality Nakatanenga tool bag. It’s flexible, very lightweight and uses just as much storage space as the actual contents. That makes it ideal for quick, compact packing and easy transport of all your winching and recovery equipment. Shackles and smaller item fit into separate pockets inside. The steel kit can be stowed in the cotton shoulder bag, with the exception of the long strap. Gloves Last but not least, both sets come with a pair of protective gloves, made from elastic synthetic materials. These sturdy gloves feature grippy Almara plastic leather in the palm area and are not available separately, unlike the rest of the contents.

Nakatanenga Sand Plate Heavy Duty A sand plate is a tool used to recover stuck vehicles. Sand plates are also called air landing plates.Professional sand plates are used wherever heavy vehicles sink into soft ground. They are an important aid when driving in impassable terrain, especially sandy deserts or muddy areas, to free sunken vehicles again or to drive over obstacles.The plates are also used as a base for jacks - by distributing the force over a larger area.Originally, they were also used to fix runways for small aircraft. Rear ladder left, black powder-coated What makes a good rear ladder? It is sturdily constructed and allows safe and easy access to the roof rack in all weather conditions. That much is clear. A VERY good rear ladder, like the one from Terrafirma, also fits aerodynamically to the shape of the bodywork, minimizing fuel consumption and wind noise. In addition, the view of the rear lights remains unrestricted and opening the rear door is not impeded in any way. Egal wie viel du hinten, an der Seite, oder auf der Motorhaube montierst, es ist letztlich nie genug Platz. Die Dächer von Landy & Co sind deshalb begehrte Top-Lagen, die man auch baulich nutzen sollte: als Dachspeicher fürs Equipment oder auch als schickes Penthouse, wenn man zum Beispiel ein Dachzelte sein eigen nennt. Der sichere und bequeme Aufstieg ist dabei oft das Problem. Wo Heckleitern keinen Sinn machen oder nicht möglich sind, gibt es unsere zwei- oder dreistufigen Reserverad-Tritte als praktische Kletterhilfe. Die schwarz pulverbeschichteten Steighilfen mit HiGrip-Riffelblechtritten werden per Gurt mit NiRo-Ratsche fest und rutschsicher an alle gängigen Reserveräder gezurrt und das wahlweise links oder rechts. Reserverad-Cover müssen dabei abgenommen werden. Welche der beiden Tritt-Varianten ­– zweistufig fest oder dreistufig klappbar – sich am besten eignet, sollte man je nach Fahrzeughöhe, Beschaffenheit des Reserverad-Mounts und der eigenen Sportlichkeit entscheiden.
