High-quality protection with Mike Sanders for Jeep Wrangler JK The best investment in the value retention of your vehicle is a treatment with the proven Mike Sanders anti-corrosion grease and TimeMAX underbody protection - here at a flat rate for the Jeep Wrangler JK and Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK (from model year 2007). The flat rate applies to vehicles in new or as-new condition without heavy soiling/rust. If more work is required (rust removal/cleaning), this will be charged at cost. We can only give an exact price after inspecting the vehicle - but the Mike Sanders treatment is particularly worthwhile for older vehicles with rust - the rusting process is stopped as the oxygen required for this no longer reaches the affected parts. Performance tuning for all Land Rover Td5 2.5 A well-balanced tuning for your Land Rover Defender or Discovery Td5 2.5 - model year 2002-2006, which gets dormant power reserves out of the engine without damaging it. Only engines can be tuned whose control unit has an article number that begins with the numerical sequence NNN or higher (e.g. NNW)! For TD4 built in 2007-2016 Information about the clutch automat with friction disc, release bearing and clutch slave cylinderEspecially with switching operations under higher load, such in trailer operation or in performance-enhanced vehicles, enormous forces must be transmitted by the clutch. A common problem with the Defender's original clutch is the failure of the insufficiently sized torsion springs. The torsion springs, specially adapted to the Defender Td4, eliminate the familiar problems of clattering or jamming clutches. Another, but less common, problem is the ingress of oil from the engine or transmission into the clutch bell. This oil is absorbed by the porous friction linings and occurs during driving by the resulting frictional heat repeatedly to the friction lining. Due to the reduced traction it comes in the episode to a higher heat development and vitrification of the coverings. The heat is a measure of the converted energy that is no longer available to the drive! The organic coating used in this coupling can not absorb oil and therefore does not vitrify. It convinces with specially adapted friction modifiers with a soft response and enables a 100% adhesion. Of course, the pads are asbestos- and lead-free, free of other toxic heavy metals and heavy metal compounds. Information on the reinforced intermediate shaft for MT82 transmissions.Improved intermediate shaft for MT82 transmission in Land Rover Defender TD4 / TDCi / Puma 2.4 / 2.2 Known problem: The intermediate shaft of the TD4 / TDCi / Puma 2.4 / 2.2 models is not greased and is not supplied with oil. The connection of the two-piece intermediate shaft wears after prolonged use, since the shaft with outer ring gear has direct contact with the shaft with inner ring gear. In the worst case, this wear ensures that the sprocket shears off and the vehicle thus stops. A regular lubrication of the sprocket helps, but is in the long run very cumbersome Our solution: The improved intermediate shaft is supplied with the oil of the gearbox and thus prevents the wear of the shafts. Easy and uncomplicated! We recommend replacing the pilot bearing when replacing the coupling. Please note: Before installing the clutch, the dimension of the following step must be measured on the flywheelIf the dimension is 25.4 mm, the clutch can be installed.If the measurement is 22.2 mm, a Ford flywheel is installed. The design of the winch bumper allows for easy registration by means of a fee-based individual approval. One of the main innovations of the NAWIBU2 bumper compared to its predecessor is the optional possibility to mount two 70mm driving lamps in a recessed position - this way they are optimally protected against damage in the terrain. We use LED driving lights from Nolden, which provide excellent light with low power consumption. They have an E-mark and can therefore be used without registration. In order to harmonise with any existing Nolden Bi-LED main headlights, the auxiliary driving lamps are available in black or chrome-coloured optics. If you order the bumper without headlights, the openings for headlights are not present. Depending on the vehicle version and winch type, it may be necessary to adapt the radiator grille. The UNIVERSAL version is suitable for most winches (except Warn 8274, various Ramsey etc.) - here the common winches from Warn, Tabor, Superwinch Talon, Supwinch Tigershark, Bearwinch etc. fit. Nakatanenga Spare Wheel Carrier Defender Pickup / Softtop, until MY2016 To preserve the original Defender look and to make room on the inside we adjusted our classic spare wheel carrier for the pic-up version of the defender (Attention: there is a separate version available for the classic hardtop). The carrier is independent from the rear gate, we eliminated any noise and made it from stainless steel. The carrier is thoroughly tested, e.g. on the "Grand Erg" Rally. It was designed to ease the installation while guaranteeing usability and resilience. In 2014 we further improved the design and started manufacturing entirely from stainless steel. The bearing does not require service, the entire carrier is corrosion resistant and can be removed just as easily as installed if needed. This wheel mount is compatible with the additional step and with the hitch from Land Rover, as well as our rear bumpers The carrier can easily be mounted yourself alternatively we also offer an installation service. Simply add the service flat rate to your cart and we'll contact you to confirm your appointment. The carrier does not swing open by itself, secondary unlocking to the gate is necessary. The carrier is also available in black or can be painted matching to your vehicle. Attention: This mount would also work on a Stationwagon.
