Differential lock mounting kit for the Land Rover Defender - Precise retrofitting made easy To facilitate the installation of the standard differential locks (Detroit Truetrac / Detroit Locker / KAM Locker) in the Rover and P38 axles of the Defender, we have put together an installation kit which contains all the necessary materials. It is NOT suitable for the Salisbury axle! Comes with: 2 bearings RTC3095OE 3 litres of hypoid gear oil GL5 Petec silicone sealant thread sealant, intermediate strength This kit does not substitute the necessary technical expertise and accuracy when fitting a diff locker. If you don't feel up to the job, please have a specialised  garage do the fitting as otherwise expensive damage to both locker and axle might ensue. After re-filling the diffs there will remain a rest of about 1/2 liter. This can be used for topping up the axles at a later time or to top up the LT230 transmission gearbox.

Studs (Ø 9mm) for winter tyres If you have already planned a holiday abroad and regularly travel through snow, forest, rain or cold areas, these tyre studs are the perfect travel companions.  The studs can be fitted not only to tyres with existing stud holes, but also to other winter tyres. This is because the studs, thanks to their worm-shaped screw thread, can be easily attached and removed with the appropriate mounting tool and a standard cordless screwdriver, without leaving large visible tyre studs. You can decide for yourself how many spikes to put in the tyre and increase or decrease the number at any time afterwards if necessary. A spike can be conveniently removed from the anchorage and screwed back in later. To avoid having to replace the entire base plate of the rear tub in the event of advanced contact corrosion, we now offer an exclusive, easy-to-fit repair kit for the particularly susceptible area under the seat bench. The kit consists of the main plate, two side parts and sufficient rivets. For installation (see pictures), the existing welding points on the rear tub are first drilled out. The sheet metal is then simply positioned accordingly, glued in place with body sealant and fixed at the sides with clamps. Once dry, drill the sheet metal at the pre-drilled welding points and insert the rivets. The two side panels are then attached in the same way. EXTREMEspec release bearing strong and reliable The EXTREMEspec release bearing has been made not only strong and reliable, but also durable by adding a simple feature that allows grease to be used on the surface of the guide tube. Oil rings keep the grease in place and protect it from contamination. This grease barrier not only protects the release bearing, but also the guide tube itself. It also minimises clutch release bearing rattling, a common problem that causes a loud rattling noise at idle due to lack of grease and poor design tolerances. Glow plug connector Land Rover Defender If the diesel has difficulty getting going when starting from cold, and if it nails and smokes particularly badly, this is often due to the glow plugs. Before replacing the plugs, however, you should first check the condition of the cables and plugs. Often, the problem is simply that cables and plugs are exposed through porous plastic sheathing and the electrical contacts are suffering. As a rule, the service life of the plugs far exceeds that of the cable and plug connections, because cables and plugs and their insulation are naturally much more exposed to mechanical and weather-related influences. With our glow plug connector repair kits, Defender with Td5 and Td4 2.4l engines can be very easily retrofitted in case of problems with cables or connectors. This is also recommended if the glow plug set is being replaced anyway. The advantage of the repair kit is that the next time a problem occurs, it is not necessary to replace the entire wiring harness at great expense; instead, it is sufficient to replace the plug and cable up to the crimp connection. This saves time and money and is also no problem for hobby screwdrivers. ATTENTION: Does NOT fit for Tdi and Td4 2,2l. Scope of delivery: 4 plugs

This in-house developed mounting is made from stainless steel and thus also corrosion free. Our brake lines are 50 mm longer than the original hoses and thus suitable for larger axle travel, e.g. for lifted vehicles. They are sufficient for vehicle lifting kits upt to 90 mm. If you require different lengths, please contact us. These brake lines come with a TUV certificate of approval. In Germany such changes to the brake lines have to be TUV registered for your vehicle. We recommend to check brake fluid level and if necessary a replacement of the brake fluid. The hydraulic system has to be bled after fitting new brake lines. Any work on the braking system should always be carried out by a trained mechanic!
