Unlike PVC, nylon PU (polyurethane) is free of harmful phthalate-based plasticisers. Until recently, low-molecular phthalates were the most common plasticisers for all types of plastics and are even used in food and cosmetics. However, they accumulate in the environment and, due to their molecular structure, are suspected of acting like the body's own hormones. This is highly toxicologically questionable and is considered a trigger for various diseases, including cancer. For Nakatanenga, it is therefore a matter of course to use only ecologically and health-friendly alternatives such as nylon PU for the coating of textile products. Attachment: To attach the cover, it must be removed. Our disassembly tool is perfect for this. Then holes must be drilled, the cover put back on and finally screwed into place. In order to ensure the best possible availability of this product, the selection of bags supplied may vary in exceptional cases. If an individual bag is not available, it will be replaced by a model of at least the same quality. We are also happy to produce our Tailgate Organiser in custom designs. Installation service for warm air ducts for ventilation plates for all models The installation of the warm air duct is carried out at the specified fixed price, regardless of the duration. Please note: The price refers only to the installation flat rate, including the required plastic conduit. The ventilation plates must be purchased separately. To top it off, literally, our custom-made CargoBear roof rack system adds even more functionality to the rugged Grenadier. Our modular rack system transforms this workhorse with its BMW power and Magna Steyr engineering into a true adventurer. The Quartermaster's high roof load capacity of 120 kg dynamic and 375 kg static is ideal for expedition equipment or, for example, our RoofLodge roof tents. The modular rack for the double cab's roof, which is shorter than that of the Station Wagon, is 1.83 m long when fully assembled and consists of three crossbars, two platform components, a wind deflector at the front and an end plate at the rear. All doors and door trims were adapted at that point, so that from MY2002 onwards, even models with manual crank handles in the rear seat doors can be retrofitted with electric openers. The complete electric window opener kit makes swapping or retrofitting dead easy. Nakatanenga Lamp Bracket for Land Rover Defender The Nakatanenga lamp bracket is the answer to customer requests for a flat mounting solution for lamps on the Land Rover Defender, which does not increase the overall height of the vehicle (when the lamps are mounted suspended) - this means that, for example, the use of an underground garage / driveway is still possible without having to do without adequate lighting. The one-piece bracket is made entirely of stainless steel and powder-coated in black. It offers four mounting eyes for individual spotlights or the feet of one or two LED bars. It also has an additional mounting eyelet in the centre (facing backwards) that can be used for a GPS or radio antenna. The support tube has openings so that the connecting cables of the headlamps (not supplied) can be neatly routed inside it. Eyelets for attaching cable ties round off the well thought-out details. The bracket is equipped with four round Vision-X Cannon 25 W LED spotlights, which have an E-mark. A total luminous flux of 10,000 lumens is generated from one 25 W Luminus LED per lamp (raw), the power consumption is only 2.1 A (at 12 V), the lights are multi-voltage capable (9-32 V). All luminaires have a narrow, far-reaching illumination to the front. If you require a different light characteristic (e.g. wide beam) or a different light colour (e.g. yellow for fog or blue for snow), please order the optional add-on filters. Cannot be combined with the original Land Rover lamps and also not with Mantec lamps! For a clean installation, we recommend the Aquasignal cable gland for the roof (so that the light bar remains easily removable) as well as our power distributor with fuse holder. The lamp bracket does not fit in conjunction with the following original Land Rover snorkel:
