Nakatanenga Mudguard Stowage Box The Nakatanenga mudguard storage boxes for the Land Rover Defender 90 / 110 are very light thanks to the case construction used, yet robust - an ideal combination for any touring vehicle! In addition, there are very high-quality fittings with field-proven performance features and great flexibility in design. We offer the box in two lengths as standard. The short design (630 mm length) is intended for the right-hand side of the Defender. The long design (900 mm length) is used on the left-hand side. If an internal roll cage is fitted, a mudguard stowage box can still be fitted: no modification is necessary on the right side due to the tank connection, the short box is used on the left. If you need special lengths or already have other installations in the rear of the vehicle, please contact us - we can work out very flexible solutions for you! Solar panel for bonnet Next generation solar cells are increasingly integrated into structural components. Instead of separate, awkwardly mounted modules on the roof of a house, for example, the roof tiles themselves function as solar panels. Our PV modules for the hoods of 4x4s and vans follow this principle. While they do not yet replace the hood, they are so thin (only 3 mm) and so flexible that they precisely fit the shape of the hood – making them hard to recognize as an extra add-on. In addition, they are also extremely aerodynamic and robust enough to even step on them if needed. The hood modules for Defenders Td5 and Td4, New Defender, Jimny 2, Mercedes G-Class and Sprinter have an output of between 75 and 90 W at 12 V, depending on the model. Your only requirement is sufficient sunlight to generate enough power for the primary and secondary batteries in the car during the day. This in turn enables you to reliably operate all the devices needed in a camper or expedition vehicle: navigation and communication devices, laptop, cooking equipment, refrigerator and much more. Your equipment always remains fully functional and a sufficient charge of the starter battery is also guaranteed. Mounting the PV module and wiring it up to the batteries in the vehicle are equally easy DIY jobs. The included adhesive tape is all you need to attach the panel to the hood while the intelligent charge controller and the adapter allow for plug & play electric installation. Note: as the connection is individual, the power cables may have to be extended.

Heavy Duty Clutch Kit for Land Rover Defender TD5 The clutch has to transmit enormous forces, especially when shifting gears under higher loads, e.g. in trailer operation or in vehicles with increased performance. A sometimes occurring problem in connection with the original clutch of the Defender is the penetration of oil from the engine or the gearbox into the clutch bell. This oil is absorbed by the porous friction linings and repeatedly comes into contact with the friction lining surface during driving due to the frictional heat generated. As a result of the reduced frictional engagement, the friction linings generate more heat and glaze. The heat is a measure of the converted energy that is no longer available to the drive!The organic lining used in this clutch cannot absorb oil and therefore cannot vitrify. It convinces with specially adjusted friction modifiers with a soft response behaviour and enables a 100% frictional connection. It goes without saying that the pads are asbestos-free, lead-free and free of other toxic heavy metals and heavy metal compounds.Note: We also recommend replacing the old clutch slave cylinder & clutch master cylinder -> Clutch slave cylinder / clutch master cylinderComplete set consisting of automatic clutch, friction disc and release bearing.

CargoBear storage rack for Land Rover New Defender L663 The more space you have, the greater the temptation to simply deposit your gear all over the place. With a cargo giant like the new Defender 110 (from MY2020), this will inevitably lead to chaos. That's why we’re putting a bear in the cargo area, a small CargoBear. This additional shelf with its generous dimensions of about 860 x 525 mm takes a load of about 50 kg and is intended for heavier equipment, tools etc. As with the CargoBear roof rack, the cargo shelf is made of robust, powder-coated and perforated aluminum. Raised edges, anti-slip surface and a variety of lashing points make it very easy to ensure one hundred percent load security. By the way, the angled design of the supports leaves approx. 640 mm of loading height under the CargoBear rack. This means that even larger items such as boxes etc. can still be stowed without a problem. When mounting the shelf, all you need to do is fastening it to the existing attachement points of the trunk cover with the original screws. CargoBear Storage rack for Suzuki Jimny 2 (GJ/HJ), MY 2018 A volume of up to 863 liters will fit into the back of your Jimny GJ. Sounds like a lot for the size S hardcore off-roader. But wait: how much of it can you actually use? Only rarely will you load big items in one piece – let’s say a fridge for example – into the cargo space of the little 4x4 and that’s the problem. The Jimny is mostly a specialized working vehicle for farmers, forest workers and hunters. That means, there’s always lots of tools, fuels, lubricants, equipment, feed bags and dirty clothes that you don’t want to pile up on the small surface area of the cargo hold. Add animals – dead and alive – to the mix and you get the picture.Once we’ve spotted this particular problem, we immediately set to work on it and are now offering a mini-version of our CargoBear system specifically for the back of the Jimny GJ/HJ. This rack effectively partitions the narrow but high cargo space and lets you load many more items much more effectively. Bulkhead conversion kit Removing the full height bulkhead from the L663 Defender 90 and 110 'hardtop' is a popular modification, but when the factory bulkhead is removed from the vehicle, the area behind the seats looks raw and unfinished. The Bulkhead Delete Kit cleans up the front edge of the cargo area and the trim area behind the seats to create a sleek OEM interior when the bulkhead has been removed from an L663 Defender Hardtop.The partition removal kit's molded, raised lip creates a raised mini-partition that prevents objects in the rear of the vehicle from falling into the cavity behind the front seats and/or damaging the seat backs. With the partition removed, the interior of your Defender Hardtop suddenly feels lighter and airier. Items in the rear of the vehicle are easier to reach and you can adjust the seats over a wider range. The Bulkhead Delete Kit can be installed in around 30 minutes and it has been designed to utilize the existing mounting points, meaning no modifications need to be made to the interior of your Defender. Air Suspension Defender 90/110/130/Discovery I/ Range Rover Classic These auxiliary air springs provide a more stable ride and noticeably improve the handling of the vehicle. Lateral roll of the vehicle is noticeably reduced. The air springs are inflated using the supplied hoses which are routed to an accessible location. A hand pump can be used for this purpose, as can a compressor, or they can simply be filled at the petrol station.
