The perfect fit is achieved by inserting the holder’s four lugs into the grille’s grid and fastening the unit by tightening the screw on the stainless-steel clamping plate. This creates a perfect fit and prevents the lights from moving or scratching the grille. Mounting the holders is a question of minutes and can be done entirely from the outside. The advantages the steel braided PTFE hoses have over customary rubber brake hoses are manifold: no expansion of brake lines under braking no expansion due to hot brake fluid under frequent braking very precise brake response no loss of braking power, resulting in shorter stopping distance precise modulation of braking power improved protection from damage through stones, branches, etc., especially important when off-road driving individually tested by manufacturer at 400 bar pressure New and only at Nakatanenga: these steel braided hoses for Land Rover Defender come with a special mount and fastening material to ensure safe mounting of the brake lines to the rear axle. This in-house developed mounting is made from stainless steel and thus also corrosion free. Our brake lines are 50 mm longer than the original hoses and thus suitable for larger axle travel, e.g. for lifted vehicles. They are sufficient for vehicle lifting kits upt to 90 mm. Upgrade rear door damper for Suzuki Jimny 2 GJ/HJ Rear doors on off-road vehicles have to be heavyweight athletes, as they often carry spare wheels and other equipment. Especially when the vehicle is parked on uneven surfaces, opening tailgates – or keeping them open – can be a difficult and heavy task. For the Suzuki Jimny 2 (from model year 2018), we offer an easy-to-fit plug & play solution that does not require any modifications to the vehicle itself. The replacement damper for the rear door is calibrated to an opening angle of approximately 3. That means once you’ve pulled the handle and opened the door to that angle, the damper automatically and gently pushes the door fully open and keeps it in position – even when you’re parked at an angle on slopes or in off-road terrain. Another advantage of the heavy duty damper is the wider opening angle (slightly over 90°) when compared to the original part.

Coupling rod/ Rods for height adjustment Installing lift kits for 4x4’s usually requires complex (and expensive) modifications. Not so if your vehicle comes with a self-regulating air suspension, like the New Defender. Raising the ride height of the New Landy by 1 or 1,6 inches takes very little in terms of effort or budget. The principle is very simple and has been employed with Discovery 5 and Range Rover Sport models for quite some time. Simply replace the original rods on all four wheel suspensions with our replacements. The new rod’s different dimensions will trick the self-regulating suspension to permanently lift the ride by 1” or 1,6”, respectively, in all drive modes. Once the new lift rods are installed, the vehicle’s sensor system will adjust itself automatically to the new ride height after the first restarting of your car. Resetting the ride to original factory settings is just as easy and only a question of minutes. We produce these 1“ and 1,6“ lift rods for the New Defender in our own workshop. The rods are laser machined from extremely robust high-quality plastics and the bushings are created in an additive process. This makes both components highly resistant to degradation by weather or chemicals, like fuel, oils etc. The custom-designed bushings are flexible and extend to both sides of the rods’ connections. In terms of quality, this is a far superior solution over many other products on the market, specifically aluminum rods with cheap off-the-shelf cable grommets. Available as +1“ or + 1,6“. Caution: these products are without part certification and are not road legal. They¬¬ may not be used on public roads.
