There are many aluminium roof boxes on the market - ranging from expensive, heavy and cheap quality. This aluminium box has an excellent quality/price ratio. It's also water- and dust-proof according to the IP54-Norm. The aluminium alloy of the box offers good protection against salt water and other environmental toxicants. The material strength is 1.0 mm. waterproof / dustproof according to IP54 standard Delivery without FLIXPLUS lashings! Please note that there is one important consideration about aluminum. As always, we make sure our products are stored, handled and shipped with the utmost care. Aluminum boxes, however, can always show minimal scratches, dull spots, blemishes, small dents or other superficial marks on delivery. These are solely due to the specific properties of the material. On contact with atmospheric oxygen, aluminum develops a natural, anti-corrosion patina. Three times lighter than steel, it is also considerably softer, making it the perfect material for metal sheets, especially when weight and durability are important. The flip side of these properties, though, means that aluminum can never be entirely free of scratches, blemishes etc. This is why these surface marks do not constitute grounds for customer complaints. After all, aluminum boxes are meant to be rugged items for heavy duty use and every mark tells a story. With that in mind, we hope you get the most out of your boxes!

But especially in space monsters like the New Defender with its maximum load compartment volume of over 2500 litres (in the 130), it is extremely important to keep everything tidy and have quick access to equipment and accessories. Our modular panel for the rear window is the perfect organiser for the most important and most frequently used equipment. The aluminium window panel is simply attached to the window using suction cups and is compatible with all Molle products in our range. The possibilities for combination and personalisation are therefore virtually endless: whether you want to stow several MOLLE bags, the first aid kit or something else neatly with our tensioning and fastening straps, this modular panel makes it possible. FixPlus Straps are also a good addition. And if you don't need the panel at the moment or if you sell the vehicle, it can be dismantled without leaving a trace. Accessories Dashboard Mounting Point for New Defender L663 Practical mounts for cell phones, navigation devices, tablets, and other gadgets are indispensable, because even the latest cars with all their "connectivity" don't deliver everything an off-roader, overland explorer or ambitious camper requires. However, cheap plastic mounts are usually a waste of money and not everyone wants to stick suction cups to their windows either. Our mounting plates for the side handles on the dashboard of the New Defender are designed to support heavy duty mounts – like those from market leader RAM Mounts. The plate’s tight hold makes sure that nothing wobbles, collapses or falls off. But most of all, there are no suction cups involved as they tend to come loose when off-roading or speeding along bumpy dirt roads.The mounting plate is powder-coated black to match the interior of the new Landy and you simply fasten it with the existing screws of the handle. No drilling is required and removal is as easy as installation. Three strong, internally threaded 6 mm screw holes (M6) allow you to mount ball joints, brackets and other mounting equipment, either from RAM Mounts or other brands. In our bundle solution, the mounting plate comes with a 1-inch ball (type B) from RAM Mounts. Available with or without RAM Mount ball.

Side Box for Land Rover New Defender from BJ 2020 With off-road vehicles like the New Defender, exterior cargo space is a great idea. After all, there are many pieces of gear and equipment that need to be quickly accessible but shouldn’t be kept on the inside, because they are either too filthy or they smell of gas, Diesel or other automotive chemicals. A perfect storage place for these things is our side-mounted storage box for the New Landy’s right side.* The side-mounted storage box is made from Plastic and offers a hefty 24 l of volume. It is mounted on the standard roof rail or on our CargoBear roof rack – adapters are included. Its size and the maximum load of 17 kg allow for a huge amount of equipment that can be stored here. Inside the box, there’s a built-in storage mesh for more safety and tidiness. The carrier can be locked and is also watertight, of course. For easier cleaning, there is a plughole with a rubber stopper in the bottom. The side-mounted cargo carrier is designed for maximum aerodynamics and the reduction of wind noise. Its color black compliments every New Defender and if you want to take customization even further, depressions on the lid are the perfect spot to attach one of our Land Rover logos. CargoBear storage rack, interior rack for New Defender 110, from BJ 2020
CargoBear storage rack for Land Rover New Defender L663 The more space you have, the greater the temptation to simply deposit your gear all over the place. With a cargo giant like the new Defender 110 (from MY2020), this will inevitably lead to chaos. That's why we’re putting a bear in the cargo area, a small CargoBear. This additional shelf with its generous dimensions of about 860 x 525 mm takes a load of about 50 kg and is intended for heavier equipment, tools etc. As with the CargoBear roof rack, the cargo shelf is made of robust, powder-coated and perforated aluminum. Raised edges, anti-slip surface and a variety of lashing points make it very easy to ensure one hundred percent load security. By the way, the angled design of the supports leaves approx. 640 mm of loading height under the CargoBear rack. This means that even larger items such as boxes etc. can still be stowed without a problem. When mounting the shelf, all you need to do is fastening it to the existing attachement points of the trunk cover with the original screws. Tailgate Organizer - Rear door storage system for the New Defender from 2020 onwards. Where to put all the bits and bobs in the touring vehicle? First-aid kits, multimeters, work gloves, winch controls, tyre repair kit etc.? - all that needs to be stowed away. The Tailgate Organizer makes use of the mostly unused space on the tailgate. In several pockets with MOLLE fastening system (abbreviation for MOdular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) all kinds of small items can be stowed and are at hand when they are needed. Dashboard bag for Land Rover NEW DEFENDER from BJ 2020, LHD The open dashboard design in the New Defender is no coincidence, of course. This is where the impeccably modern cockpit by design director Gerry McGovern and colleagues pays homage to the interior of the classic Defender, the original Landy. Good for us, because we immediately spotted an opportunity to improve storage capabilities: with our nifty dashboard bag for the New Defender. The open dashboard shelf is where you put all the odds and ends in your car. It was like that in the old Landy, it will probably be the same in the new one. But once you’re testing the L663’s tilt angle or maximum gradient, our new dashboard bag, made from easy-to-clean, robust nylon, will keep your stuff from actually flying around. Installing the bag firmly in the dash takes only a few minutes. The zipper has two sliders so that the bag can be opened and shut from both sides. On the inside, mesh compartments and Velcro fleece allow for organized and secure storage of all kinds of items. The front features MOLLE fleece to attach patches and other little things. Since the New Landy sports a designer cockpit, we used transparent plastic material on top of the bag. This allows for the ambient LEDs in the dashboard and the day light from the opening above to filter through into the bag’s interior. Small wonder that even large vehicles like the New Defender offer relatively little storage space in the door paneling. With our new storage nets for driver and passenger door of the New Landy you can pretty much double the available space of your door pockets - for all the things you want to keep within reach, in summer and winter. The elastic mesh material also ensures that you’re using only the space you actually need. And when you take your New Defender off-roading, the nets also make sure that everything you keep in the door pockets will actually stay there. The nets are simply screwed into the door panels using the fastening materials included in the delivery.
