This is why we have asked a renowned automotive component supplier to produce an interior LED light for the Land Rover Defender for us. Our Nakatanenga LED Interior Light allows easy "plug & play" replacement of the standard interior light (front and back) of your Land Rover Defender. Lamps are sold separately, if you want to replace both lights please order this item twice. The cover and bulb of the existing light (AMR3155) are removed, the adaptor, LED circuit board and the new cover with switch are fitted - that's it, all tool-free and taking no more than 5 minutes! All previous functions of the interior light (on/off/door on) are kept, additionally you can switch to red light, which increases visibility at night. It’s reasonably large and practical, but after a while nobody really knows what’s hidden in its depths. But finally, there’s an end to all the rummaging and searching around. Mud Stuff are now presenting their Cubby Box Tray, a simple but efficient tray insert with two compartments. The Cubby Box Tray will fit any original Land Rover Cubby Box by simply inserting it right below the lid. The tray is held in place on the rim of the cubby box by an 8 mm lip. A dedicated recess for your hand makes it just as easy to remove it again. The insert separates the Cubby Box into two practical tiers: the tray on top holds important everyday items, everything else goes below. The tray’s two individual compartments measure 200 x 105 mm and their depth of 55 mm ensures sufficient space for all essentials like smartphone, keys, wallet, parking tokens, defrosting spray or chocolate bars. Soft touch layers on the bottom of the compartments make sure that nothing gets scratched. The Cubby Box Tray’s dimensions and recesses are designed for Land Rover originals. Cross member for Land Rover Defender In an ideal world, every part on the frame and underbody of a classic Landy would have come galvanized from the start. But of course, that didn’t happen at Land Rover, so corrosion in the substructure is one of the biggest enemies of classic Defenders, Discoveries and Range Rovers. Our hot-dip galvanized cross member is the perfect and durable replacement solution for corroded original parts. In 110 Defenders it sits under the second row of seats and not only secures the floor construction permanently, but also provides mounting points for sidebars, rock sliders, steps and many other attachments. Suitable for Defender 110 (MY until 2016) Station Wagon and Crew Cab as well as 130 Crew Cab (additional drill holes required). Seat pad Land Rover Defender
Seat pad Land Rover Defender Many Landy critics bemoan the seat position in the Defender, the missing elbow room and the spartan original Land Rover seats. But that’s doing a disservice to the furniture from Solihull, especially the improved versions that were introduced in 2007. Even taller drivers, with seat rail extensions installed, can do mile after mile without problems for back and behind. So, if you’re restoring an old Defender or you put too much mileage on yours, it’s worth considering to refurbish the old seats instead of putting brand new ones in. As long as the seat covers are fine and only the foam cores have disintegrated, an upgrade with new seat foams can make a huge difference. This is classic DIY and pretty easy to do with our replacement foams for backrests and seat cushions. Simply remove the whole seat, take the backrest and seat cushion out, remove the covers and rip the old foam off the frame. The new foam cores can be fixed to the frame with standard spray adhesives. Then reverse the process and enjoy your firm new seats. The seat fits all Defender standard outer front seats up to 2016, the backrest for 2007 - 2016. Not suitable for special models.
