TREKFINDER wheel spacer kit for INEOS Grenadier + 66 millimetres Track widening 66 mm by fitting spacer rings on the front and rear axle or only on the rear axle in conjunction with alloy wheels or standard INEOS Grenadier steel wheels. The following wheel/tyre combinations are approved according to the TÜV parts certificate: 265/70R17 with 7.5x17255/70R18 with 8.0x18 Scope of delivery: Selectable: 2 pieces (1 axle) or 4 pieces (2 axles) Aluminium wheel spacer plates, black anodised1 set of fixing nuts1 set of fitting and care instructions1 TÜV parts certificate Notes on installation:The screw-in length of all fastening elements must be at least 7.5 turns (M14x1.5).Ensure that the stud bolts are long enough.The bolted-on spacer rings are fastened to the vehicle using the fastening elements supplied by the spacer ring manufacturer (M14x1.5 tapered collar). The standard wheels are fastened with the standard fastening elements.The standard stud bolts may protrude slightly (up to 2 mm) beyond the wheel contact surface of the spacer rings. In conjunction with the standard Ineos steel wheels or LM wheels without "cast pockets", which can accommodate the standard stud bolts and nuts protruding beyond the wheel contact surface, the standard stud bolts must be shortened slightly. The minimum screw-in length of all fastening elements of 7.5 turns must be maintained. Wheel cover requirements:Adequate coverage of the wheel/tyre combination must be achieved by fitting 35 mm wide, permanently attached wheel cover extensions.The surface-mounted wheel cover extensions must be fitted at an angle of 30 degrees to the front and 50 degrees to the rear in relation to the vertical centre line of the wheel. Notes on the modification measure:There are no technical objections to the use of standard or other wheel/tyre combinations up to the above (limit) wheel/tyre combinations in conjunction with the described spacer rings if the following conditions are met: - Separate suitable expert reports are available for the wheel/tyre combinations and the conditions listed therein are complied with. In addition, the above-mentioned conditions must be observed and applied if necessary.- If other wheel/tyre combinations are used, their suitability (freedom of movement, driving behaviour, etc.) must be checked and verified separately.- There are no technical objections to the additional use of tested lowered or raised suspension (with parts certificate or ABE). In the case of suspension modifications with non-standard end stops, the suitability of the conversion must be checked or verified separately.

TÜV® parts certificate Price and scope of delivery is for one axle The spacer rings may only be fitted in conjunction with standard LM wheels and in combination with the cone collar nuts supplied. The spacer rings are not permitted in conjunction with steel wheels. The screw-in length of all fastening elements must be at least 6.5 turns. Ensure that the stud bolts are of sufficient length. The notes in the assembly instructions for the spacer rings must be observed. The installation of spacer rings is not permitted if the diameter of the spacer rings is smaller than the diameter of the wheel contact surface. A modification approval by TÜV, DEKRA etc. is required. However, the entry in the vehicle documents can also only be made at the next appointment with the responsible registration authority. In the meantime, it is sufficient to carry the parts certificate and the confirmation of the modification approval. All fastening elements must be checked with a suitable torque spanner after approx. 100 km of driving. Compatibility or usability of specific snow chains cannot be guaranteed. PLEASE NOTE: Only in conjunction with LM wheels with corresponding GIESSTASCHEN = standard stud bolts or nut heads protruding beyond the wheel surface may sink.The standard stud bolts may have to be shortened.The minimum screw-in length of all fastening elements of 6.5 turns must be maintained.

NOTE: The spacer rings are listed in the TÜV® parts certificate for our TREKFINDER Jimny II complete suspension 40 mm and Jimny I suspension 55 mm and can therefore be optionally installed 1x per spring.A general TÜV® parts certificate is not available or is NOT included in the scope of delivery. MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: The installation is carried out between the upper end of the spring and the spring plate. Make sure that the brake line is long enough Make sure that the shock absorber is long enough. Check the headlight setting. The permissible height of the coupling ball must be observed. If there is a load-dependent headlight adjustment, e.g. for LED lights, this must be checked and, if necessary, adjusted or changed/extended. If a new measurement or calibration of the sensors of the driver assistance system is necessary due to the changed vehicle geometry of the vehicle, this must be carried out according to the specifications of the vehicle manufacturer. For vehicles with load-dependent brake pressure regulator, this must be readjusted to the empty level (according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications). After retrofitting, the axle geometry of the vehicle must be measured and, if necessary, corrected according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
