Nakatanenga Connector Fuel Lines The factory installed connector plugs on the Land Rover Defender Td5 fuel system are fragile (especially on older vehicles) and often break off the first time they are disconnected. This tends to happen during the following operations: Fuel cooler installation/removal Fuel tank installation/removal Installing/removing the fuel pump General work on the fuel system Until now, the solution was to buy an expensive set of hoses. Now the Nakatanenga connecting plugs are available as an inexpensive alternative in a practical set of four. The plugs, turned for us from high-strength aluminium, are also much more stable than the original parts.

Fuel filler nozzle for Land Rover Defender Td5 2.5, Td4 2.4 and Td4 2.2 The fuel extractor for the Land Rover Defender 90/110/130 Td5 2.5, Td4 2.4 and Td4 2.2 enables the auxiliary heater to be supplied with diesel without the time-consuming and labour-intensive removal of the fuel tank.The fuel is extracted by looping the extractor into the hose between the vehicle's fuel nozzle and tank and is therefore possible without removing or drilling into the tank. The fuel dispenser is suitable for various parking heaters, including Webasto Airtop 2000 and Eberspächer Airtronic D2.The fuel filler cap can be flexibly bent, allowing you to control whether the parking heater can completely empty the vehicle's tank or whether a fuel reserve should remain. Fuel pick-up unit - outside diameter of 42 mm
Fuel pick-up unit When retrofitting a Diesel heater in your car, the most difficult part is connecting the fuel pick-up line to the car’s Diesel tank. Our fuel pick-up unit simplifies this step greatly, as there is no need to de-install the tank or drill holes in it. The fuel pick-up unit is inserted in the fuel filler hose between filler neck and the tank, a modification suitable for most Diesel vehicles with a hose diameter of 42 mm, as is the case with the Ford Transit Custom for example. We also have a version for classic Defenders (up to MY 2016) with 59 mm available. By bending the flexible fuel pick-up line, you can set a specific level to which the heater can empty the tank, whether completely or up to a certain reserve level. The fuel pick-up unit will work with a wide variety of Diesel heaters, like the Webasto Airtop 2000 or Eberspächer Airtronic D2. It is ideal in combination with our AUTOTERM (Planar) heaters. Lockable fuel filler cap for Land Rover New Defender, including 2 keys
Lockable tank cap When fuel prices are high, opportunistic fuel thefts skyrocket and this affects us both at home and when traveling abroad. Furthermore - especially in our cities - SUVs and 4x4s are preferred targets for sabotage and vandalism by supposed climate activists and other thugs. Under these circumstances, it is hard to understand why high-priced cars such as the New Defender (from MY2020) do not come with lockable fuel filler caps. If you want to prevent thieves and saboteurs from gaining easy access to your fuel tank, we offer a lockable replacement cap with two keys. Diesel replacement pump for Land Rover Defender Td5 w. Installation kit The problem of the susceptible diesel pump on the TD5 is well known: Even comparatively minor contamination can cause the diesel pump to fail. Annoyingly, the original pump is located in the tank, which means that you first have to remove the tank to access the diesel pump.Our replacement diesel pump is not installed in the tank but outside, which makes it easy to access and it also has a replaceable filter. This can be easily replaced in the event of contamination. The pump is located outside the tank and is looped into the line. The fine filter mounted on the suction side gets all dirt and grime out of the diesel base and is easy and inexpensive to replace (see replacement filter). The original pump must be removed and replaced with a suction hose. The pump housing with tank sensor, however, remains.The pump works with any tank or auxiliary tank. Since the pump also has suction power, it does not have to be installed at the lowest point. The connection is made via LR quick-release couplings or optionally via normal diesel hoses. The pump is installed outside the tank in a protected place. On the Defender 110, for example, above the rear axle on the chassis beam. Our pre-assembled complete kit with replacement filter comes with detailed installation instructions. The tank must be removed for installation, as the original pump is removed. Anyone who goes on a long trip knows the satisfying feeling of having everything packed away safely yet within easy reach. At the same time, however, there is always that nagging feeling in the back of your mind. This or that item takes up unnecessary space or has to be secured in a cumbersome way. Couldn't it be better? Don't worry, it can be better. At least when it comes to our fuel canisters made of sturdy plastic. The 5 and 10 liter gasoline or diesel containers are stackable—even when mixing sizes—and therefore extremely space-saving. Whether in an off-roader, boat, or camp, the interlocking molded side walls ensure that the canisters fit together and cannot slip. The round recesses in the middle (one for 5 L, two for 10 L) are designed to secure the containers in a rack or with a strap. This makes it easier to secure the canisters in a block and guarantees optimum load security even when the vehicle is in the most unstable position off-road. The red Adventure Tanks for fuel come with a flexible screw-on spout. Incidentally, the canisters are also available in gray for drinking water.
