The LEDs are also rated for around 50,000 hours.

The lamps sit neatly in the grille with the supplied brackets, with no drilling or cutting required, so parking sensors and driver assistance systems stay fully functional. Does the kit fit every Ineos Grenadier?
The kit is developed specifically for the Grenadier and fits all variants, including Utility, Station, and Quartermaster. The brackets sit on the original radiator grille.
Does the vehicle need to be drilled?
No. The kit is designed so that no drilling or cutting on safety-relevant parts is necessary, and the vehicle can be returned to its original condition at any time.
When should the yellow lens be used, and when the clear one?
Clear is the standard choice and delivers the full light output. The yellow lens comes into its own as soon as something is hanging in the air, such as dust, mist, snow, or heavy rain. Yellow light scatters less on particles and avoids the blinding wall in front of the bonnet that clear light can throw up when visibility drops. On public roads in Germany the yellow lens is not road-legal though, because the StVZO (German road traffic regulations) requires white light for forward-facing lamps. For purely off-road use, it is a sensible option.
What is the difference to the Vision X CG2 CPM710 with the multi-LED?
The CPZ110 is a single-LED with an iris reflector and focuses the light up to 340 metres, which makes it the sensible choice for higher speeds when visibility far ahead matters most. The CPM710 is a multi-LED with a wide beam pattern and a range of around 215 metres, which makes it a good match for short and medium distance and for open off-road terrain at close range.
Are the Vision X driving lights road-legal?
The Vision X CG2 CPZ110 are ECE R112 approved as driving lamps. With a clear lens, they are therefore approved as auxiliary driving lights for public road use and are linked to the main beam via the CAN-bus connection. In Germany, the sum of reference numbers of all active driving lamps on a vehicle must not exceed 100, so the combination with the standard main beam on a given vehicle should be checked with a qualified workshop or a vehicle inspection specialist. With the yellow lens, use on public roads is not permitted.

The Rockslider for the INEOS Grenadier is made of stainless steel in Germany and impresses with its function and striking design. In order to increase the stiffness in the event of a lateral load in off-road use, the lateral slotted holes are turned inwards. Mounting is done on original mounts without drilling.The Rockslider is mounted directly underneath the doors instead of the plastic trim. The lens is made of acrylic, and together the lamps are IP68 waterproof and IP69K pressure-washer tested, withstand 21.2 Grms of vibration, and operate between minus 40 and plus 80 degrees Celsius.
