Plate for mounting a CB radio antenna on the air intake (RHD) This mounting plate ensures optimum mounting of a CB antenna on the air intake of the Land Rover Defender. For this purpose, the mounting plate is installed on the right-hand (as seen from the driver's seat) ventilation grille / air intake. For left-hand drive vehicles, you can find the mounting plate here in our shop. As the Defender is made of aluminium, unfortunately no magnetic antenna base will hold. We have therefore designed a plate made of sheet steel with a suitable opening for the cable.
