Note that indicators must be orange by law. The fog light is always supplied in red. If the lamps on the existing vehicle are square at the rear, 1x AMR3850 mounting base is required per lamp in order to mount the new round rear fog lamp and reversing lamp. As a rule, the original drill holes can then be used. All bulbs come with E-approval so that they can be fitted without further TUV recording. All bulbs come with correct plugs for simple replacement for vehicles from MY 1998 (TD5 und TD4). Fittings are supplied, as is an adjustable indicator relay that even allows to adjust indicator speed. Older vehicles can be retrofitted after removing the plug. This requires soldering. There is no need for an external day-light driving control unit as this is already included in the position lights for day-light driving function. The wiring for day-light driving requires some straight-forward soldering - illustrated instructions are supplied. As required by law, the day-light driving light illuminates with running engine and switches off once low-beam is selected. Nakatanenga Lamp Bracket for Land Rover Defender The Nakatanenga lamp bracket is the answer to customer requests for a flat mounting solution for lamps on the Land Rover Defender, which does not increase the overall height of the vehicle (when the lamps are mounted suspended) - this means that, for example, the use of an underground garage / driveway is still possible without having to do without adequate lighting. The one-piece bracket is made entirely of stainless steel and powder-coated in black. It offers four mounting eyes for individual spotlights or the feet of one or two LED bars. It also has an additional mounting eyelet in the centre (facing backwards) that can be used for a GPS or radio antenna. The support tube has openings so that the connecting cables of the headlamps (not supplied) can be neatly routed inside it. Eyelets for attaching cable ties round off the well thought-out details. The bracket is equipped with four round Vision-X Cannon 25 W LED spotlights, which have an E-mark. A total luminous flux of 10,000 lumens is generated from one 25 W Luminus LED per lamp (raw), the power consumption is only 2.1 A (at 12 V), the lights are multi-voltage capable (9-32 V). All luminaires have a narrow, far-reaching illumination to the front. If you require a different light characteristic (e.g. wide beam) or a different light colour (e.g. yellow for fog or blue for snow), please order the optional add-on filters. Cannot be combined with the original Land Rover lamps and also not with Mantec lamps! For a clean installation, we recommend the Aquasignal cable gland for the roof (so that the light bar remains easily removable) as well as our power distributor with fuse holder.
