  High-performance silicone hoses for turbochargers and intercoolers Greater durability, high temperature resistance and permanently reliable connections within the charge-air system: our reinforced silicone hoses are a robust alternative to the standard hoses fitted to many Land Rover models. Hoses fitted between the turbocharger, intercooler and intake system are exposed to particularly demanding conditions. High temperatures, boost pressure and oil-containing vapours from the intake system continuously place the material under stress. For this reason, our hoses are not only manufactured from high-quality silicone, but are also reinforced with multiple layers of polyester fabric. A particular quality feature is the fluorosilicone (FVMQ) inner lining. This significantly increases resistance to oil, fuels and oil-containing vapours – an important advantage in charge-air systems, where oil mist from the crankcase ventilation system and turbocharger may occur. The reinforced construction also provides excellent dimensional stability and pressure resistance. This makes the hoses not only a durable replacement for the manufacturer's original components, but also particularly suitable for vehicles used in heavy-duty applications – such as towing, travelling in high ambient temperatures, off-road driving or performance-enhanced engines. Performance Optimisation and Speed Unlimiter for all Land Rover Td4 2.2 A well-balanced tuning for your Defender Td4 2.2, model year 2012 onwards, which extracts dormant power reserves from the engine without damaging it.In contrast to many others, this tuning does not focus on a maximum increase in power, but instead achieves an engine-friendly and at the same time clearly noticeable increase in horsepower and torque. By reprogramming the ECU, the factory maximum speed / VMax restriction is also completely removed at the same time, allowing the engine to develop its full power spectrum - this is useful for frequent motorway trips, for example.Optionally, the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) can also be switched off - this improves the engine's pulling power. Please note that the EGR valve must not be dismantled, otherwise error codes will be generated. Our software-based deactivation, on the other hand, does not trigger such codes and can, of course, be retrofitted without leaving a trace - this applies to all tuning measures offered here.The configuration is done according to the customer's wishes - in case of special requirements: Just contact us!
