Hidden pocket for Defender seats - clever storage space for travelling & everyday life
The HIDDEN BAG storage compartment for the original seats of the Land Rover Defender is easily attached via four high-tensile Velcro and fleece surfaces under the driver or front passenger seat. The bag offers storage space for the 1000 little things of everyday life such as pens, screwdrivers, pliers, multitool, flashlight, batteries for a remote control, USB stick with workshop manual, spare glasses, air pressure tester, charging cable and much more. But even a small digicam, a GPS device or other valuables are quickly out of sight and accessible. The traveler may stow a second passport, unauthorized radio or copies of their travel documents.
The scope of delivery includes 4 self-adhesive and tensile Velcro strips for the seat side. The bag is attached to these Velcro strips via its 4 fleece surfaces (see pictures below). The storage bag fits perfectly under the Defender seat and, thanks to Velcro surfaces, can be easily removed and transported using the attached carrying strap. The high-quality fabric made of polyamide 6.6 ensures that the bag remains breathable and moisture and dirt are still strongly repelled. The bag has a small mesh compartment on the upper inside and a detachable intermediate compartment on the lower inside.
The storage bag was manufactured to US military standards (MIL-SPEC).

Great conversion kit for the 2nd row of seats With the introduction of Td4 Puma models from MY2007 onwards, Defenders featured not only a new engine and drive train but also significant changes to the interior. Due to new safety regulations, second row seats and their mounting points required a new layout. Consequently, more recent Td4 back seats will not fit when restoring or converting older pre-2007 models. Allow to open the door further (up to 95°). This does not only make entering and leaving the rear seats easier, also gives more access for drawers if rear bench is not fitted, e.g. for a cooler (we can make such drawers to order!).
