Cargo net incl. fixing material, Suzuki Jimny II The smaller the car, the bigger the challenge to make the best use of available space inside. Our cargo mesh for the Suzuki Jimny II (from MY2018) will generate a lot of storage room in a place that’s rarely used: under the roof in the cargo bay.To attach the 93 x 60 cm netting to the roof trim, all you need to do is mount two aluminum frame elements in the front and the back. They are the same color as the mesh for a seamless look. The elastic cargo mesh can then be attached to the frame and the interior grab handles with 12 adjustable straps. Dabei lassen sich hier vor allem leichte und flache Sachen wunderbar wegpacken – wenn man denn eines unserer genial praktischen Cargo-Netze installiert hat. Das 102 x 76 cm große Netz für den alten Defender (bis BJ 2016) kann je nach Fahrzeuggröße oder Konfiguration variabel aufgespannt werden. Dashboard bag for Land Rover NEW DEFENDER from BJ 2020, LHD The open dashboard design in the New Defender is no coincidence, of course. This is where the impeccably modern cockpit by design director Gerry McGovern and colleagues pays homage to the interior of the classic Defender, the original Landy. Good for us, because we immediately spotted an opportunity to improve storage capabilities: with our nifty dashboard bag for the New Defender. The open dashboard shelf is where you put all the odds and ends in your car. It was like that in the old Landy, it will probably be the same in the new one. But once you’re testing the L663’s tilt angle or maximum gradient, our new dashboard bag, made from easy-to-clean, robust nylon, will keep your stuff from actually flying around. Installing the bag firmly in the dash takes only a few minutes. The zipper has two sliders so that the bag can be opened and shut from both sides. Since the New Landy sports a designer cockpit, we used transparent plastic material on top of the bag. Re-usable Face Masks with Changeable Filters Made in Germany In the West, we can take a lot of inspiration from the East when it comes to preventing the spread of infections for oneself and others. In Asia, face masks are an integral part of everyday life. Often still frowned upon in our culture, the experience during the lockdown has made us more pragmatic, not the least due to recommendations by the Robert-Koch-Institute or various international medical associations. According to many experts, even simple home-made masks without FFP2/3 certification can significantly reduce the risk of becoming infected and, more importantly, to spread infections to others.The Nakatanenga face mask is extremely robust, reusable, made of mesh on the outside and a replaceable 3-layer filter layer on the inside. The mesh material of the mask wearer is normally used in rucksacks and many of our bags, so it is extremely resistant, but on its own without any protective effect. The fleece for the filter inserts comes from industry, but is free of chemical pollutants and does not put additional strain on the organism. The inner lining is made from original Coolmax®, usually applied in sports and outdoor clothes. Coolmax® is skin-friendly, fast drying and wicks away moisture. The anatomic fit and an adaptable rubber cord with a stopper make this mask very comfortable to wear, thereby increasing the protective effect.The mix of high-quality materials and the design based on expert recommendations lets us offer a long lived and robust mask for repeated use, made in EU. To ensure optimum efficiency, the mask should be worn for the maximum duration of one day. After that it should ideally be machine washed with regular detergent. Wash as often as possible. General opinion among medical professionals considers 60°C as sufficient, but you can also wash it at 90°C. Swap the changeable filters during the course of the day. The natural material variety is an Anglo-Bavarian combo. One side is stepped waxed cotton, as made popular by Barbour jackets, the other side is high quality natural Loden. Due to its natural and gentle manufacturing process, the Loden still contains enough natural Lanolin from the sheep’s wool to give this material a certain degree of water resistance. Nakatanenga Muff for cosy, warm hands In the winter and on cold days in general, there are many occasions when gloves or mittens are not really practical because you need to use your hands off and on. This applies especially to activities where you keep still or move only slowly for longer periods of time, like winter sports events as a spectator, slow walks, visits to Christmas markets or aurora safaris in the far North. With a length of 42 cm and a diameter of roughly 13 cm, you can almost fit the whole length of your underarms into the muff. Sie reichern sich allerdings in der Umwelt an und stehen aufgrund ihrer molekularen Beschaffenheit im Verdacht wie körpereigene Hormone zu wirken. Dies ist toxikologisch höchst bedenklich und gilt als Auslöser für verschiedene Krankheiten bis hin zu Krebs. Für Nakatanenga ist es deswegen selbstverständlich, bei der Beschichtung von Textilprodukten ausschließlich auf ökologisch und gesundheitlich unbedenkliche Alternativen wie Nylon PU zu setzen.
