Notes about delivery times

If not stated otherwise in article description, delivery inside Germany is within five working days (Monday to Friday) and outside Germany within 12 working days. The period to calculate delivery starts one day after payment has been made or after completion of contract. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not working days.

When ordering different items with varying delivery times, delivery is based on item with the longest delivery time.

Delivery charges

Please see below for our delivery charges. Charges are based on gross weight of your order. Shipping of bulky items is by courier, curbside delivery and according to the bulky goods rates listed below. The forwarding agent will inform you of the exact delivery date by e-mail before delivery or arrange such a date with you. The agreed delivery date must be confirmed by e-mail. If this confirmation email is not received, the forwarding agent will try to contact you by telephone. In this case, please be sure to include your telephone number!

Important informaiton for customers from non-EU countries. For orders from non-EU countries German VAT needn't be paid, but there may be import taxes and other duties to be paid in country of destination. The customs duties are included in the delivery charges.

Orders through our shop can only be delivered to the following countries. For shipping quotes to all countries other than listed below please contact us via mail buero@nakatanenga.de or telephone +49 9181 466 644, we´ll be glad to sent you an offer. 

We offer the following payment methods:

• Cash payment upon pickup

  Get your ordered goods directly from us, at Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 30 in 92348 Berg bei Neumarkt i. d. Opf. and pay cash on site. Therefor make an appointment with us (by order comment, e-mail or telephone). This is the only way to ensure that all ordered parts are prepared for collection and an employee is available for you.  

• Prepayment (classic bank transfer or via QR code)

  When paying in advance, please transfer the full invoice amount to our bank account using the order confirmation. You can also use the QR code that is displayed after the order. This service saves you having to fill out the bank transfer.
  As soon as your payment has been received, goods in stock will be shipped to you immediately. If necessary, partial deliveries can be made.

• PayPal: Direct debit, credit card, installment payment or purchase on account
  

  You will automatically be redirected to PayPal.com where you can secure your payment securely and quickly. For this payment method, you need a PayPal account, which you can also set up during the payment process. Once your order has been completed, your PayPal account will be debited and your shipment will be ready immediately. Payment by direct debit or credit card is also possible without a PayPal account.
  These payment methods are only available to a limited extent in Switzerland.

• Cash on delivery in Germany and Austria (no bulky goods)

  You can pay the required amount directly at the delivery of the goods by the parcel service, or also at the next GLS package shop, if you are not at home at the time of delivery. Please note that a fee of € 9.00 incl. VAT in Germany or € 16.00 incl. VAT in Austria will be charged for cash on delivery.

PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. is managed as a bank throughout the EU. The supervisory authority is the Luxembourg banking regulator CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).

After completing the order, a QR code is displayed that you can scan with almost any banking app. This service saves you having to fill in the bank transfer.
