Whether you’re on Grand Tour, out camping or on a quick getaway to the lake, the 270° awning from Roof Lodge creates instant shelter and comfort around any Landy, T5 or any other vehicle of choice. Once you’ve found the perfect spot for the night, the awning fans out from the left side around to the back, is propped up by four aluminum telescope poles and finally tightened by the guy ropes. Variable sidewalls can be quickly velcroed to the roof to achieve the best combination of weather protection and open space for any given situation. Two side tarps are included. If you want to cook, eat, work or simply relax, the awning gives you always an adaptable shelter from wind, rain or the sun.

The tarp is made from high quality PU-coated RipStop polycotton, a blended fabric using 65 % polyester and 35 % cotton. This highly functional material is tearproof, water and dirt repellent and also very quiet in the wind due to its relatively heavy weight of 280 g/m2.

The lightweight 16,8 kg Roof Lodge awning can only be mounted on the left side of your vehicle. It is therefore ideal for left-hand drive cars, where essential areas like the driver’s door, sliding side doors or the tailgate are situated and – depending on the model and size of your car – can be covered entirely by the awning. The awning measures 4,35 m lengthwise and covers 4,1 m on the side and 2 m in the back. Included are pairs of 25 mm nylon straps for each length of 25, 75 and 125 cm to fasten the awning solidly to the back of any car/roof rack configuration.
