Nakatanenga Checklist for the Corona Situation!
At Nakatanenga, we have a thick bear’s skin but the rapid development of the past days and weeks is affecting us, too, of course. However, we are not retreating in the face of the crisis, we keep going forward! Deliberate and decisive action is the only way to stop Covid19 in its tracks. We will do our part!
Are there changes in the way we do business?
The only noticeable change in our daily business is the fact that, as a general rule, we ask our customers not to visit us personally for pick-ups in Berg. Please chose our delivery options wherever possible. Personal consultations and advice regarding our products should be conducted preferably on the phone in the next weeks and months. In case personal visits are absolutely necessary, please get in touch early enough to arrange appointments. We want to protect our customers and ourselves as much as humanly possible from any infection risk and appreciate your cooperation.
What’s happening with your orders?
All orders leave Nakatanenga as usual with our couriers or dedicated carriers. At the moment, the situation is very fluid and travel and transport restrictions can change from one hour to another. Moreover, different countries enact different measures to combat the crisis. Delivery times in this difficult situation are therefore subject to change. In certain cases, exact times of arrival may unfortunately prove to be beyond our sphere of influence. We are monitoring the situation very closely, however, and do our utmost to keep delivery options for your location up to date.
Do we expect bottlenecks in our supply chain?
Due to the quality standards at Nakatanenga, we are sourcing many of our products directly in Germany and at present there is no indication of any future supply disruptions. Furthermore, we are constantly in touch with our international and overseas suppliers so that we are able to identify and react to any delays in the supply chain in a timely manner. Last but not least, we are also increasing our own stocks in the warehouse in order to remain fully operational in this crisis.
STAY SAFE, STAY HEALTHY! KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON!
... and don’t forget to wash your hands, paws, claws and everything else.
