Overhauled manual gearbox R380 for Defender TD5 and MT82 for Defender TD4   The R380 manual gearbox, which was installed in 4 revisions from 1998 to 2006 in the 300Tdi and Td5, among others, owes its name to the 380Nm input force for which the gearbox was originally designed. After initial teething troubles in conjunction with the LT230T transfer case and corresponding improvements, the reliable R380 was only replaced when European environmental regulations made it necessary to switch to the Td4 engine with its six-speed gearbox. We offer top-quality reconditioned R380 / MT82 replacement gearboxes for Td5 and Td4. For this item, we charge an additional deposit of 500.00 euros for your current manual gearbox. The deposit will be refunded if you send the old gearbox to us and it is in good enough condition to be overhauled.   If you send us your old gearbox, we will refund you the amount of 500.00 euros. However, this is subject to the condition that the housing is in good condition and the gearbox can still be overhauled. Heavy Duty Clutch Kit for Land Rover Defender TD5 The clutch has to transmit enormous forces, especially when shifting gears under higher loads, e.g. in trailer operation or in vehicles with increased performance. A sometimes occurring problem in connection with the original clutch of the Defender is the penetration of oil from the engine or the gearbox into the clutch bell. This oil is absorbed by the porous friction linings and repeatedly comes into contact with the friction lining surface during driving due to the frictional heat generated. As a result of the reduced frictional engagement, the friction linings generate more heat and glaze. The heat is a measure of the converted energy that is no longer available to the drive!The organic lining used in this clutch cannot absorb oil and therefore cannot vitrify. It convinces with specially adjusted friction modifiers with a soft response behaviour and enables a 100% frictional connection. It goes without saying that the pads are asbestos-free, lead-free and free of other toxic heavy metals and heavy metal compounds.Note: We also recommend replacing the old clutch slave cylinder & clutch master cylinder -> Clutch slave cylinder / clutch master cylinderComplete set consisting of automatic clutch, friction disc and release bearing.

Clutch master cylinder for Defender and series
Defender Clutch Master Cylinder It’s easy to forget these days but driving used to be real work. And you don’t have to go back to the days of double clutching or starter cranks either. Even the Defender got more and more user friendly and less work over the years, with power steering and electric windows making it easier on the arms. But especially with TD5s and older, your left leg still has to work a lot harder with the clutch than the right leg with the gas pedal. In low range off-road, when maneuvering a trailer or even in stop-and-go traffic in the city, the physical effort and strain can become very noticeable, not only for older, smaller or female drivers. Our new POWERmaster cylinder reduces the weight of the clutch pedal by 30 % when compared to the standard Girling master cylinders with OEM part number STC500100. The replacement of the master cylinder takes about 25 minutes, detailed instructions are provided. If you are looking for even higher weight reductions in the pedal, this additional pedal assist spring might be the answer. Clutch spring for Land Rover Defender
Clutch spring for Land Rover Defender It's easy to forget nowadays, but driving a car used to be real work and you don't have to go all the way back to the accelerator or starter crank.   In the Defender, many things have become more user-friendly over the decades: power steering and electric windows take the strain off the arms, but especially in TD5s and older it is often the case that the clutch leg has to be much stronger than the accelerator foot. The physical effort involved in depressing the clutch pedal quickly becomes noticeable, especially in the short gear ratio off-road, when manoeuvring with a trailer or even when stop-and-go in the city.   As an ergonomic and cost-effective solution to this annoying problem, we now offer a new torsion spring that reduces the effort required to depress the clutch by up to 45% compared to the original return springs. The new spring can be fitted to the 300TDI, TD5 and TD4. The necessary sockets are supplied. The clutch pedal conversion also works on older models than those mentioned above, if retrofitting with a newer pedal box is possible. If you have any questions, we will of course be happy to help.   If you are looking for a technically more sophisticated solution with even greater power savings, you should take a look at our POWERmaster master cylinder for the clutch hydraulics.

De-cat pipe for Land Rover Defender Td4 2.4 and Td5 2.5 replaces standard catalytic converter and thus reduces back pressure in the exhaust system. Better airflow of exhaust gases and thus better throttle response. In conjunction with other tuning options like K&N performance filter, chip tuning with performance intercooler und performance high-flow main silencer engine power can be increased noticably. Please note our fitting flat-charge! Please note that when fitting a de-cat pipe within the German road law your vehicle approval with be void.  The de-cat pipe fits all vehicle lengths (90/110/130). There are different pipes for Td4 (MY 2007-2011) and Td5 (My 2002-2006) engines. The de-cat pipe is not suitable for Defender Td4 2.2 (from MY2012) because of the particulate filter. Please choose the engine type.

The Glaspack-System for the Land Rover Defender 90/110/130 (from MY 1998) replaces the vehicles muffler with a Glaspack, resulting in less backpressure, better heat transfer and a more sporty sound withour making the car suspciously loud. The decreased backpressure allows for a more rapid flow of exhaust fumes and thus enhances performance. Heavy Duty Clutch Kit for Land Rover Defender TD4 or TDi
Heavy Duty Clutch Kit for Land Rover Defender TD4 Especially with switching operations under higher load, such. in trailer operation or in performance-enhanced vehicles, enormous forces must be transmitted by the clutch. A common problem with the Defender's original clutch is the failure of the insufficiently sized torsion springs. The torsion springs, which are specially adapted to the Defender Td4, eliminate the familiar problems with clattering or jamming couplings. Another, but less common problem is the ingress of oil from the engine or transmission into the clutch bell. This oil is absorbed by the porous friction linings and occurs during driving by the resulting frictional heat repeatedly to the friction lining. Due to the reduced traction it comes in the episode to a higher heat development and vitrification of the coverings. The heat is a measure of the converted energy that is no longer available to the drive!The organic coating used in this coupling can not absorb oil and therefore does not vitrify. It convinces with specially adapted friction modifiers with a soft response and enables a 100% adhesion. Of course, the pads are asbestos- and lead-free, free of other toxic heavy metals and heavy metal compounds. Complete set consisting of automatic clutch, friction disc and release bearing.
